The idea of the third world as you described is exactly why it’s so important that Oda brought up these conflicting interpretations of Sun God Nika recently in the Elbaf Arc. I think the purpose behind the two schools of thought that either Nika was a savior or destroyer is to set up for Luffy to demonstrate how both ideas are true at the same time: by destroying oppressive systems to save and free people. And obviously Luffy’s got a track record of accomplishing such feats. So the Elbaf arc as a whole is really doing a great job in thematically setting up the final conflict of the entire series.
i think once the elbaf arc is over, Elbaf will be destroyed (thanks to luffy/loki vs shamrock + Gods knights) and the adam tree will become a new noah. Two different sun gods that destroy everything in their path for the better (luffy more so than loki).

Blackbeard has an immense dream which is why he has multiple DF and is generally a DF-centered character but lacks the proper will since he is always using sneak attacks and slimy tactics, that‘s why he is not depicted as this haki monster. There has to be someone who has both, an immensely strong dream combined with an immensely strong will and Luffy has both. Luffy has the Nika fruit while also being a haki monster. I believe Imu is both the Sea God, the Sea Devil, and even possibly the Land God: I believe the Sun Tree Eve was created from the "Sun" itself, and is what is spawning the Fruits that grant the power of dreams. However, we know them as Devil Fruits, and eating them makes you weak to the sea, unable to swim. It is said early on in the story that these fruits are cursed by the Sea Devil itself. Various things show that this Sea Devil is probably Imu. Imu spelled backwards is Umi, or Sea in japanese. Imu has been flooding the world, and Imu clearly possesses devil-ish powers. Imu probably tried to contain the powers of the Sun Tree Eve: - By cursing the Eve Tree itself, both making all future fruit eaters sink and ensuring no one can have more than one fruit - By encasing the tree in a tall solid rock, making it accessible only to them and no one else The Red Line conveniently also makes Imu high enough to be protected from the rising water level.
