- Hello! I noticed alot of players were having issues with the batting mechanics of Totally Baseball VR and just wanted to do a small helpful video. Enjoy! And don't forget to practice! :D

I bought this game today and I'm so satisfied with it. In between pitches I like to throw it around the horn and play catch. So simple but so much fun!
alright so i was having a lot of issues a while back but i just found an OP way to get much more home runs easily. first of all, go to pro batting. it puts the strike zone up or down depending where the ball is gonna go and it also makes hitting more satisfying. instead of actually swinging, just quickly move your wrist back and forth as fast as you can at the right spot and the ball is gonna go to outer space. don’t move anything besides your wrist. it’s that easy, you just gotta find the right place and speed for you.
Him: Don’t swing that hard it’s unnecessary
Me: Ok
Also Me: *Swings so hard I throw my controller*

Very helpful, I didn't realize you shouldn't hit it hard and can't use your actual batting stance lol. I will definitely try this once my Oculus is charged up!

Please tell me what the menu button is I cant practice without pressing it and not is working
In this game I can’t use my batting stance, I have to hold the bat like I’m going to bunt. But it works, I’ve hit 60 home runs today and 2 out of the stadium at the 3rd field
Yeah since it's VR and more of an arcade baseball game it's hard to use your actual batting stance. But I hope you're enjoying the game :)
@@eddieplays7116 i found a way to make the batting stance work its just i bat kinda like kris bryant so i bend on my knees a little bit, i switched it up to my old batting stance and it works pretty good, ive noticed i dont hit as many homeruns with it but when i do they go far
How do you run
Me hitting it hard and soft and it keeps beign foul or hitting the floor
Ay hope u remember me i was asking how it wasnt a homer but i just got the game today like i told u and i thought batting was gonna be do easy but i keep hitting high pop ups to shortstop or left field

@@eddieplays7116 bro i didnt even see this message as soon as i was playing the phants i was hitting dingers and getting strikeouts on the other team. But bro 1 time they through a ball and i didnt swing it gave me a free run. And they also need to fix baserunning on pop ups and when im running

it always spawns me outside the batters box when I bat and I can’t irl move into because I don’t have enough room and I can walk in to the batters box in the game either:(
Maybe start the game far outside your guardian so you can move?
what do you have the batting assist on?
I haven't played the game in a while, so I haven't played with the batting assist settings yet. When this video was recorded there was no batting assist. I'll play the game soon and maybe I'll make another video on it! :)

Can you only run to first if It isn’t a home run?
No, it will just stop you if you step on bass for a bit, but it won’t get you out when you are standing before you can’t move
I’ve got a good way, run %75 of the time

If you hit a base hit how do you touch the base it’s not working for me
You just run to the base. It should make a noise when you touch it.
It keeps saying keep the bat in the tracking zone it’s so annoying
Yeah I like to keep the bat facing slightly forward until the pitcher winds up the pitch. After that I bring the bat back

Is there a way to turn off base running cuz I get motion sick everytime there's movement 🤢
I don't believe so. I think you can only turn off base running for home runs
Put on tracking, it shows where your going but your not in your actual character

Whenever I click batting practice or any practice it makes me click a highlighted button that take me to the resume or quit tab and there is a big orange thing in my way how do I fix it?

I use the sticks to run.
I’ve played roughly 20 innings and have yet to score a run lol

how do i bat with 2 hands
There is no way at the moment to put both hands on the bat
How do you run faster
If you are using the sticks to run. If you push one stick forward on one controller you walk. If you push both stick up on both controllers you run.
