Yes bat speed, also the point of contact on the bat. Get it on the barrel of the bat in the sweet spot. Lastly, launch angle from the angle of your swing. Be selective of the pitches you swing at. Wait for the perfect pitch and don't miss.
Here's another tip! If u need more base runners try switching ur batting stance side It will let u hit the ball as a line drive into the gap Don't use it to much U might get smoked in a game Use it when u need it Thank You For Reading This!!!

so i have been playing for atleast 4 months now and cant get the hang of manual it really is difficult i cant figure out the release point and im throwing balls all the time any other tips? i watched the pitching video but it didnt seem to help
Honestly my best advice would be to set the pitch assist to high. Try to get used to that and once you feel comfortable, move it down to medium. I pitch with a sidearm motion and it helps me

What batting setting are you on? I play on low and it’s constant fouls and outs in the outfield. A hr maybe every 30 hits.
