I used a bit in PVP and thought either I was doing something wrong (very possible with my skill level) or this HC (or all) need a BUFF. Seeing your video I confirmed my own impressions. See how range and precision shots are a MUST with this HC. It doesn't feel strong enough, especially as distance to target increases.
I have Enlightened Action and Precision Instrument. Feels nice tbh
