@@Slim-Clips the point being made has flown past your head tho. Point was, you can't gauge something that hasn't exactly been tested. Poirier has been submitted twice, once was a one in a million barbo choke by TKZ. The other is Khabib who let's face it, would tap everybody. Otherwise his grappling and TDD has been pretty darn good. And not to mention that just like how TKZ got that lucky choke, Dustin was so close to tapping Khabib. He just was scared to position his legs to put weight pressure because he thought Khabib would escape. Khabib himself mentioned that's the closest he's come to losing. If DP can almost tap Khabib...then your argument holds no grounds. However I do think Oliveira is more likely to win this.

“Defensive bjj” man stfu, Poitier ground game is overrated. There’s black belt levels and Oliveira is centuries ahead of Dustin. If the fight goes to the ground it will be like a shark against a pond fish
Dustin winning comes down to motivation, which he has. Connor pissed him off to a degree, but here Dustin sees the field of options opening up upon victory. Motivation stemming from goals that are seated in wholesome beliefs is stronger than any. Now is the time to put trash where trash belongs. By defeating Oliveria, Dustin can ignore McGregor endlessly. Dustin can throw obstacles in the path of McGregor until its conceded that Dustin takes home the lions share of any rematch, McGregor or otherwise.

Charles and Dustin are on a similar playing field, and both can win the fight. They're not fighting a scary, relentless grappling monster who never lost.

I can't recall two men so rightfully deserving of this title than these two right now.
TAKE MY MONEY. I can’t wait for this incredible showdown.
the way olievera kis and hugs the belt is heart warming
I don’t really want Olives to be a 1 and done champ but Dustin is my guy I always ride w him💎

Epic badass music Alibi music- fire
Something tells me Charles can win this fight.
I know this might not age well, but dude has been underrated alot of times and come out tops
He’s outclassing Dustin
This won't age well
@@justingaethje7996 🤡
@@erick7704 yeah he proved me wrong dude. He's now the rightful champ.
Oliviera is defending his belt in style!!
Dustin by KO or Oliveira by submission. SO HYPED 🔥
Where is the countdown video for ufc 269? I want to watch it. I am so hyped for this. LETS GO!!!😎
Love them both, have to respect boths path. Money on Dustin but wouldn't be upset to see Charlie's take it down
My mind says Dustin but my heart says Oliveira.
What a hell of a way to end the year if Dustin can pull it off. It would be the best way to end the sweetest year of his career. Beating Conor twice handily is sweet enough but getting that belt would be the icing on the cake.
This might be another fight of the year contender
Next champion Islam machachev
I'll just enjoy to watch these 2 UFC Legends going both full in!
Poirier is a fookin monster these days man, I got him on this 1
The moment Charles got to touch the belt... Still gives me chills
Me too man that's why I'm still watching this video
Dana want Charles to lose because he wants a champion that is more involved in social media tweeting and making controversy to bring more attention to the ufc and the fighter. Oliveira doesn’t do any of that which I like 👍
Exactly
I want Oliveira to win 🇯🇵
Cara o lutador tem quê lutar
Se for pra falar o UFC contrata um jornalista
Que tá tudo certo, pois aqui no Brasil não temos o costume de fica ofendendo
Uns as outros não amigo..
All the best Poirier. You have confidence and improved a lot. You deserve to be on the top of this division.
Oliveira gonna do the job.
This fight will be the greatest fight in the History of 155
I dono man...i am going with Olivera on this one..for some reason i can feel his hunger more than Dustin's
It's Brazil in the octoganon 🇧🇷Brazil is with you charles😡👊🇧🇷
I’m backing Oliveira in this one, Poirier hasn’t shown he can survive against elite grapplers.
That's an odd logic. Khabib hasn't shown he can survive against elite grapplers either. Would you ever bet against Khabib?
@@joeljosephjacob6898 Khabib is khabib.
@@dawson6193 so do Poirier!
@@joeljosephjacob6898
Khabib is an offensive grappler, Poirier isn’t. Try harder.
Two ultimate fighters of ufc man respect, this is gonna be amazing 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Please don't remove this awesome video
A mistake will change the fight...the betting guys will be crying to bet the right one... One of the most 50-50 fight .. I pick Poirier because he went 5 rounds and knows how to connect and punch with volume. A dog with vision. Poirier by TKO in 2nd Round
So glad there is no single dislike👎on this video.. everyone is super happy for this.. I’m rooting for Poirier.. the light weight division is really stacked
This is a great match up but I personally believe Dustin puts on the fight of his life and gets the W. I love and respect both of these guys so I’m thrilled for this one.
The song please
This is one fight you don't wanna miss. It will be one crazy fight.
Oliveira will win by submission.
This is a sick fight both men are super skilled
Oliveira hasn't faced anyone with as good stand up, defensive BJJ and gas tank as Poirier. He's getting knocked out inside 3 rounds imo.
“Defensive bjj” man stfu, Poitier ground game is overrated. There’s black belt levels and Oliveira is centuries ahead of Dustin. If the fight goes to the ground it will be like a shark against a pond fish
Getting knocked out inside 2
Both of them have struggled alot gonna love the fight for sure cant pick anyone between these guys both of them are great let's go
Seeing Conor on the receiving end in a knockout reel 💀
“I’m keeping this belt for a long time” 🤷🏻♂️💯🔥
Dustin been in alot of wars! Only Way I see him losing is if his chin juss Gives in! Other than that he dominated Oliveria!
He could get dominated on the ground
@@SuspiciousLobster5677 besides khabib I never seen it happen
Dustin winning comes down to motivation, which he has. Connor pissed him off to a degree, but here Dustin sees the field of options opening up upon victory. Motivation stemming from goals that are seated in wholesome beliefs is stronger than any. Now is the time to put trash where trash belongs. By defeating Oliveria, Dustin can ignore McGregor endlessly. Dustin can throw obstacles in the path of McGregor until its conceded that Dustin takes home the lions share of any rematch, McGregor or otherwise.
Finally. A buildup not based on drama, disrespect, and low behavior. BEAUTIFULLY SAID BOYS.
Bless you both. And best of luck! Justin is in my favorite top 3 of warriors but I admire and have such respect for Oliveira. Such beautiful respect between these men. BRAVO.
This is going to be a fight for the ages!
I want Dustin to win so we can see Gaethje vs Poirier 2 which is a great fight
but on the other hand Oliveira vs Gaethje or Oliveira vs Dariush/Makhachev are also really great fights
If Poirier loses Gaethje and him will probably still fight lol
Nothing but respect both... The best one wins
2 bangers back to back🔥
Aldo x Font
Oliveira x Poirier
Possibly UFC best year in Fights!
This is a fight for the ages. Both of these guys are at the absolute top of their game.
Music on the vidéo please
this is too hype. people are sleeping on charles so hard
He's not being slept on hard. Just because a majority think Dustin will win doesn't mean peeps are sleeping on Charles, we all know he's a great fighter who can and probably will win. But based on their resumes and abilities, its easy to give a very slight edge to Dustin.
@@madgavin7568 nah. people are saying dustin will steamroll charles. That is sleeping on him hard
@@stargate1787 Only a few people are saying that.
@@madgavin7568 plenty of people are saying that. just look at youtube and twitter
@@stargate1787 I already have, and I see just as many saying "everyone is sleeping on/underestimating Oliveira" or predicting he'll finish Poirier. It helps to stay out of echo chambers.
Can't wait till its free on UA-cam 2 minutes after the fight
May the best man win. Let's GO !!
I get shivers everytime I hear that voice crack from Anik 💯
They are both amazing. Still though, something about Dustin resonates greatly with me. I'm always rooting for that guy. He inspires so many, as do all of the fighters.
Dustin does have so many big names under his belt. Not to take anything away from the champ, I'm pumped for this
Olivera Vs Porier...The fight that fight Gods are looking forward to.
What a banger!!
Charles Olivera ❤️🇧🇷 vs the world
Charles Olivera the kryptonitre of Khabib. The biggest mistake Dana White did is that he never put Khabib against a wrestler or BJJ fighter.
Charles Oliveira kryptonite is Paul Felder
Hard to decide. This 2 is my favorite fighter 🔥
love this guy poirier. hes already a champion, been one for a long time.
oliveira deserves, and has earned, respect, to say the least.
Both men sees their hand getting a raised in the air but there can only be one! This fight is going to be a good one.
Channing Tatum's career transition form Hollywood to MMA never ceases to amaze me.
