How could he put his whole stack when he easily could've been up against 4, 7, and nearly drawing dead Marius- why call when at best you're splitting (seems unlikely a bluff by Dwan against 2 players), against a potential 4 7, or against a made hand with flush redraw & you don't have blockers
@@Butcho22 not sure he ever will pay the rest. apparently its less than 200k left and hes won 2Mil on stream in the last 7 months so why wouldnt he have paid him off by now then. Doesnt make sense
Not sure what Charles was doing in this hand. Betting $20,000 on the flop with just a pair of 6s with no flush or straight draw is just lighting money on fire in PLO.
I was thinking what am I not seeing? most unbelievable thing I saw at any poker table.. but allin on the turn with basically nothing in PLO people behind you who called huge bets before? what?

They're just keeping track at every stage, it's generally pretty simple math, and they play so much they're used to it. You can't play good poker without keeping track of the pot. Betting strategies are usually designed off %'s of the pot and the ratio of the effective stack to the pot. You also need to know the pot to know what direct odds you're getting or giving.
@@SlasnerSb What's even more dumb is technically if Charles is drawing completely dead this is still the case, he can say he only wants to run it once if he wants despite having 0% chance of winning (which I always thought was ridiculous). On big shows like this they can run a side pot for additional runs if they really want but in small games it can really F*** you over.
I felt that. Dwan said FU Charles cause he wanted the majority of the side pot. Run it 3 times, and he gets 2/3rds. Charles is completely dominated and irrelevant to the side pot, but apart if the hand so his choice matters
@callsnputs9649 You're right in a way it doesn't benefit him, but at the same time, it would. If the spade comes, the 3rd run gives him a chance to get something back. He doesn't know the spade won't drop on one of the first two runouts. He doesn't know that a 7 won't roll off one and then a spade on the next. He would certainly want a 3rd in those situations.
Wow totally butchered play by those other two guys. Charles play is behind comprehension. The guy with AA44 is in a dream spot preflop to pot it but just calls. He is extremely fortune to get a chop out of that mess. I'll tell you one thing I wish I could buy a piece of dwan in this game because this is batting practice for him against these clowns. Completely clueless plays.
Because he had two blockers to the first and second nuts, and FOUR blockers to the third nuts... Not saying it was a good play, but that was probably the reason.
Both had flopped the wheel and have the same hand before the river card. However Dwan had two spades giving him the higher edge to win the hand outright provided he hit any spade on the river (Dwan had 7 outs to win the pot outright) Marius cannot win pot outright here as there is no pair on the board
Why did Durr have the 3rd nuts and not the second, he said Tom was beat by 5,4 and 3,4 but both of those make the same straight as Durr. He should've has 2nd nuts to the 7,4 right??? Im new to PLO, and not sure, this is a genuinely question not me hating on the commentator
Durr actually loses to a few hands here because of the 6 on the board. Durr's Ace and 4 give him a wheel straight. It's a double-edged sword, though, because anyone with 5/4, 3/4, or 2/4 have a 6 high straight (2 through 6), and anyone with 7/4 has a 7 high straight. Dwan's Ace may give him a straight, but it gives him the low end of it. The reason he played it so aggressively, though, is because he had the flush redraw.
@@ijustwannaleaveacommentony6511 5/4 still counts as a straight here since 2,3, and 6 are on the board. Your 2 hole cards that would play are 5 and 4, and the 3 board cards would be 2,3, and 6 for a 6-high straight.
