Bill was NOT worried about the full house. He was being a really nice guy.
exactly
agree
Definitely why he checked the turn too
🤡🤡
Bill Klein is a consummate professional. Loved how he kept his composure when Wesley showed bad sportsmanship, and now this. You can tell he is indeed cut from a different cloth.
That cloth is called being a billionaire.

That flop is universally known as worst flop if your holding aces.
J/10/8 would have been lol. At least she was drawing to the higher straight or runner runner full house
Nah I’d say middling flops are generally worse because they connect so well with your opponent’s ranges (like 678/8910)
All 3 of those examples are right but yess the middle hit opp range more. I might play to tight here but I'd check flop and call bet but fold by turn unless it's the right price. I could be wrong but I'm weak in this area of my game.

@@CrushlivePoker Sorry I took the credit for you. But great job. 😆
Bill was TRYING to take it easy on her and she still didn’t catch on. She is such a spot lol.
He basically said he had a strong had, probably a straight. Since she then kept going to the river I don't blame him for thinking she had a boat at that point. He's a straight shooter (no pun intended) and is not an angle word play shooter.
That Wesley would tilt the fuck out of you tho. You just lost a big pot, then have a nerd in your ear telling you whether you played it badly lol
Yeah, Wesley is pretty annoying. Lol
Bill Klein one of my low key favorites
For sure he knew he had her beat but didn't want to take every chip. True gent ❤

Bill, Billl, BIIIILLLL....you're awesome! Poker is a humbling slap in face game. You showed incredible, how do I say it, Gamesmanship! We spend hours/lives together, find a way to say respectfully LAY IT DOWN. Then BAM, she calls lol. I've been watching you both 4 years, thank you! Sorry there had to be a winner and an upset, that WAS a great hand I had a lot of fun watching it. Good luck ✌O Bill, great check bad, She had all the sets for the paired board 👍
Hand is too good to fold tho.
It’s really not. This isn’t some drunk at the 1/2 game. Frankly speaking, Bill is never outright bluffing in this spot, against this player.
Gamesmanship is not exactly a positive word. Altho in poker, maybe? Trashtalking is gamesmanship, trying to skirt the rules is ganesmanship. Gamesmanship is frowmed upon in sport, but maybe in poker it's ok... I dunno.
Pretty sure the word you are looking for is sportsmanship.
Call is correct on paired board I think. Plenty of pocket pairs play exactly the same here. I'm this spot, aces are weak. If I had the aces would not have even bet to keep pot smaller.
Is homeboy getting a massage at the table?! Thats the true winner there
She has nobody to be mad at but herself. He checked it, so should you.
4:03 I can tell Wesley wanted to scream "overplayed".
This would be a hand where him yelling overplay would be right on the money.
They should stop wasting Zeo on the table and put him in the commentary box.
I don't mind just calling on the river. It's not too far off from 50/50 that we're up against a boat or AQ.
true ,but it was an insta call
Let her off easy. Guys a class act and even acted like he didn't know any better. No one like Bill in the game.
I like that idea of reverse pot odds with only 7.5k remaining nothing much to loose if I jam but then I also think if she had somehow got 10s or JJ or KJ or even quad kings why loose 7.5K more ? I mean unlikely to put her on AA after that river donk bet. What hand she was expecting Bill to have that she beats if he calls ?
Because Bill is a whale lol
She probably put him on 10J because he reraise flop but then checked the turn
It’s $7500 left dude, come on
@@CrushlivePoker fucking change that is!!! 😄
4:20 Was the exact thought I had. Just a bizarre bet. I guess AJ and QJ specifically?
The real question is if Julie can fold if Bill moves in? Or is the immediate information alone worth it to call?
You tell me if that info is worth 7k USD? Lol what? She most likely will call because she needs to be right 10% or so to make the call profitable, not because she wants the info..
People saying he wasn't worried about the full house... yes of course he was you have to take all possible hands in account and a full house is a strong possibility especially the jacks.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen Julie win a hand
No, Julie is a good player. She is just unlucky in this hand. What else is she supposed to do with poket AA?
@@NurmemetAbliz that is a WET flop my friend. Bill calling a preflop raise means he usually has face cards that connect all over the place with that board. It's hard to lay down aces, but not if it's only two pair, playing the board, by the river. I assume you don't actually play poker though, just commentate.
Julie had a rough Friday night too lol she picked up some massive hands and got torched. Flopped or turned so many sets against made straights and paid people off. Not a good night for her 🤦🏻♂️
Anyone know how she gets her money? I was thinking tho, she still has the money to sit in these games!
@@DavidL1986 she's a Hollywood producer or something
I think the river bet was a good sizing. I feel that she put Bill on J-10. After the turn went check check she felt she had a better 2 pair A's and K's. Would have been interesting if she went all in. I don't know if I could have called in Bill's spot if that would have happened... What do you think she put Bill on?
Only J10, because anything else that bill has is crushing her. So the question is, does she think a J10 will call that 15k bet? The answer is no, J10 is not going to call this spot, so the river bet is in fact a mistake.
she didn't know what to put bill on. she just bet thinking this was $3-5 game player just gonna call her with worse hand
That river bet is the worst river bet I've seen on all last year. That woman has zero business at that table lol
I NEVER win with pocket aces. NEVER!
Fold them
The minute bill said
“Remember, I only run it one time”
Bells and alarms 🚨
Should have been going off in her head and she should have played with caution ⚠️
Yea but that’s exactly what someone would want you to think if they didn’t have anything. You don’t get this poker thing do you

I bet on pro/college sports/MMA/Chess. But poker is the only game that makes me cringe when I place a bet. It THE best gambling source with a very complicated pro player base. The psychology behind ever move/twitch is incalculable.
Everyone should only run it once! Millennial poker rules are a joke.
Goddam millennials and their avacado toast, killing off chain restaurants, the napkin industry, and the new fangled thing they just invented that absolutely nobody did before millennials to reduce variance-running it twice.

6 combos of TT, 6 of JJ, 1 KK, 1 KJ vs 6 AA. Julie has more boats than AA. Jam is a bad idea.
Edit: 6 of TT and JJ
You are talking out your ass here. Learn how to calculate combos before commenting. The only 2 you got right were KK and AA, and you completely left out a very important one of AK and also KQ
Yes flatting is totally fine
She was pot committed & yet held back. In for a penny in for a pound at that point. Id have seen it as weakness & pushed all in. If you have 10,000 chips & push 7500 in why hold back 2500? You're scared.
This isn't an MTT
Always run it once 😎
that's a very bad play by Julie because it seems like she didn't really know what she's doing there. The only hand she could get value from is Qs and it's very unlikely somebody would call with Qs because of her image. So her bet targets absolutely nothing and only got called by a much bigger hand ( like straight, QK or a full house ) .
If she really put Bill on 9Q then she definitely had to shove in order to get him out of the small straight, but instead she only bet the 75% of the pot and give Bill a great odd to call with.
If she wanted to make a block bet then make it like 6k and then fold when got shoved.
No warning…..if he wins..he donates. If he loses…he donates. Run it once!
I love this guy so much
Julie always runs bad. Raise to $3000 with Aces have someone throw $2600 in with Q high and unluckily get out flopped. That's Poker!
Runs bad and plays bad
@@theres1dent true
I don't think she did anything wrong.heavy raise pre flop. I wouldn't put an opponent on a range of Q9 when calling that pre flop raise.
@@spearotv587 the raise was fine based on the amount of players in the hand when she raised.
Only mistake she made was value betting the river with aces on that board. What did she put him on to think Aces were good there?
She loses to pocket 10s or Jacks which have now filled up on the turn when board pairs..
Honestly id Just fold flop v bill. Not enough check raise bluffs. A plethera of 2p. Rainbow flop so what are his bluffs here honestly. 98? A9?. Bet fold flop best line
I've prohibited myself all my life from running more than once.
Why do these people think that aces are these magical cards ?
A pair of aces is just a pair same as deuces.
A pair of deuces has the potential to be 4 of a kind same as Aces
@@pnotuner1lol?
Why isn't AQ/KK/JJ/TT, in the realm of possibilities for Klein to consider? She raises 7x pre, rainbow flop, but connected, wouldn't anyone just call a raise to the turn holding nuts/set/AA/2 pr. Sometimes I wish the commentators had to analyze hands blind, completely different conversation.
They are all possible. But betting only 65% of the pot after check-check on the turn, when you have a pot sized bet left, doesn't make a nutted hand very likely.
True, easy for us to think about it when the cards are all visible but this looked like she told on herself. Strong bet before the flop and didn't rep the kings when they came so it was either a trap or she missed the full house
She 3 bet jams after the flop with AQ so she does not have that.
One of the best examples of how to NOT play aces vs one of the tightest players in live games. Why does she bet the river when every hand Bill might have raised the flop with still has her beat, save for literally only JT.
Wes: “max value”. 😂
All he needed was a King after the turn came out to have her destroyed. Makes the fold easier when the 2nd king comes out.
The real winner is the Shadow Creek hat.....ah, that course brings back memories!
Everyone plays so scared on a paired board these days. Why is everyone so terrified about the tiny ass possibility of a full house when they're holding a straight or flush? RAISE that shit. Get VALUE.
Bart Hanson: the best Poker commentator (By a Lot)!!!
Bill donk calls pre with q9 off and flops a straight. Better to be lucky than good.
Think he folds if she went all-in?
Sometimes being a woman helps. He was definitely just being nice. Her river bet made no sense, and he should have raised her all in
Her bet on the end doesn't make sense. How often is she getting called by worse?
Anybody else see her sign what looked like a cheque, then take back what looked like a CC?…not a good look for a player at the table.
I lose with aces every time
I've had them cracked too many times! I just shove pre flop! I'd rather pick up the blinds and antes than be at the mercy of the community cards!
They cost me some money I now cringe anytime I get them.
What's with the fruit getting a back rub at the table? Maybe that is it's strategy, annoy everyone at the table.
$30K to a billionaire is like .30 cents to us. He's filthy rich and donates a percentage of all his winnings in Poker to charity. Must be fun to sit there and play at that stakes. $5K chips. Wow!. I get excited playing $5 chips.
I like Bill Klein, he's good people.
I'm a monster amateur and that flop even screamed at me!
you have no idea how little people care, this isn't the Imtrex channel
The only question I have is what is she targeting that bill raises on the flop? Only J10, but when she bets 15k (pot committed) on the river, is J10 ever going to call? She was losing to all variations of K that would call a preflop bet, KQ is there KJ is there and K10 is there, hell... if he's calling Q9, that means even K9 is there. K10 and KJ are both going to raise on the flop, maybe KQ will raise.... I just really dont understand her river bet here.
You wanna run twice when your ahead and once when your behind anyway
grow a pair
Is Julie value betting? Like what was that raise lol
It's literally impossible to know why Bill does what he does. His method for being balanced is to do things he shouldn't. He probably read Sklansky's "The Theory of Poker," but didn't understand most of it. In this case, most players of above average skills would have gotten all of Julie's chips. You can't know why a player does what he does, if he doesn't know.
@@aheroictaxidriver3180 I think he’s a bit better than you might be giving him credit for but generally speaking, what you’re saying is accurate conceptually. He’s not a “GTO” style player.
She only made it 3k with pocket aces. In a 200/400 game that’s really not that big of a raise what do ever
She should of made it a minimum of $5500
Some people just run it once. Greenstein comes to mind. I hate multi runs myseld because alot of the time it goes 50/50 and really there is no winner just a loser getting lucky he hit his card in one of the hands.
Aces on that board is trash. puke... im already on small pot showdown mode

he called with a q 9 , honey…phil helmuth, probably
lol.. she is so lost :D i bet she didnt even know whether she was bluffin or valuebeting.. classic random bet "cause i had the aces"
As soon as I saw the 15k bet I knew what she was thinking. She had no idea if she was bluffing or not, so if Bill called, it would be value bet, if Bill shoved, she would say “priced in” with her 5k left. Both ways it will feel like she had no choice.
This is a losing strategy- when your opponent is controlling the pace of betting but it’s even worse when you voluntarily gave that right away.

Why did bill had to give 20 bucks ?
Probably the time collection, that the house receives instead of raking each hand. To pay the dealer salary, overhead, etc. Sometimes that's part of the dealer's job, to collect that when he comes into the game.

Im bet folding all day long on this flop against a tight reg like Kline... best case scenario he has AK and your drawing to the same straight which btw i think bill only raises like 2% of the time. Your essentially dead to either a chop or a 2 outer (if bill has the cahones to raise two pair here which i don't think he is good enough to do) or runner/runner like 70% of the time which in this case gives you in the region of 0.5% equity. Terrible play on the river too with the blocker bet. You beat next to nothing and you're NEVER getting called by worse
