    soft and tasty Japanese omlette recipe. In Japan we have square pan especially for making omlette.
    if you have the pan, do not worry, use small round pan.
    don't use too much oil, spread once by once.
    the key of this omlette, loosen the egg white. use chopsticks or whisk and beat the eggs well.
    you don't need any sauce, even soy sauce. it's already season well.
    【Ingredients】
    3 medium size eggs
    1tbsp mayonaise
    2tsp sugar
    1tsp Japanese soy sauce
    same salt
    【method】
    beat the eggs well, loosen the egg white.
    in separate small bawl, mix together mayonaise, sugar, salt and Japanese soy sauce.
    add the mix to the egg. mix well.
    heat the flying pan.
    spread small amount oil. use kitchen paper.
    pour about 1/4 egg mix and spread all over the pan, cook mideum.
    roll up the thin omlette from the side and make a core.
    spread oil bit.
    pour second egg mix. let the egg go to underneath the core,
    cook mideum and roll .
    repeat this another 2, 3 times.
