18:41 I mean its possible to play alone, even without bots. It's just harder than a priest in a sea of choir boys, I have done the first three missions alone. I imagine with perfect play and a lot of luck you could do quite a few missions alone.
Don’t know if you played it or at least know of it, but if you want a GTFO experience but not as hard, with great teamwork, style, unlocks, and fashion. Then try Deep Rock Galactic Rock and Stone
i played a rundown with my gf watching, and was terrified at how i played this like a typical shooter, and it worked until about 3/4s of the way through until i ran out of ammo and died
Man I absolutely adore this game! Bought it waaaaay back, on launch of the Early Access because it looked like Underground Chernobyl Left 4 Dead, but look how far it has come!
Yo bricky, there's another coop game you might want to check out, Deep Rock Galactic. It solves one of your most important gripes with GTFO, with an excellent singleplayer experience. Rather than fill a squad up with bots, you get one special bot (Bosco my beloved) that gets special functions, like infinite ammo, lighting up areas on ping, able to dig objects and bring them to you, rocket commands, and other things. There's also the scaling difficulty and other nuances with the class types. It's an awesome game to play casually and hardcore, as someone who's tried both sides of the game. The progression is also good, it might seem like there's a battlepass but that's really not important at all and any cosmetics from it will be put into the standard loot table after the end of the season
GTFO is beast, always hard to finish a rundown for me though bc our group normally only has time for a few attempts every couple weeks and game gets hard af. Better too hard than too easy though.
i had a great time with this game back when it first released. The reactor defense mission was amazing. The combination of resource management and planning and teamwork it causes makes it superb.
I'm super excited to be able to go back to earlier rundowns soon, reading about the past story is one thing but experiencing them for yourself is another.

GTFO was a big disappointment for me, the trailers showed it to be this cool stealth-action game where you have to make your way through a facility with enemies getting increasingly dangerous, instead we got a "replayable" multiplayer mess with glitched ladders and the "Cum Launchers"
Played it with my friends at release, and i remember 2 things: - we got pretty angry at spitters projectiles being able to curve their trajectory into the air to carve a nice chunk of your health for free -after a few missions you understand that it's "crouch in the dark and slowly walk your way to sleepers and stealth kill them wirh a charge attach" simulator on pretty much every map. Other than that the game is pretty good!
Hey Bricky, you can do single player. Its just super time intensive and one dimensional. 4 support turrets in the first 4 rundowns usually are doable. Last rundown I got stuck down on the temple due to a door you gota do a TON of movement in CQC and the bots have slow as shit reaction times at that. But it is possible to sneak most things and get thru most levels with clever turret placement and bot "stand there and shoot stuff"
I had a great [horrible] experience with spaghetti. We were sneaking through a room with some storage shelves against a wall, and one was walking towards me. I crouched between two shelves thinking it would walk past. Instead, it stopped right next to me. I watched in silent horror as the tentacles reached just over my head and felt everything around me. I barely escaped with my soiled trousers.

Just a head's up for people looking into this game!
The official Discord is actually really friendly and has people grouping up for matchmaking all the time! I'm just antisocial so I have to have friends with me... heh
21:45 this is the realest part of the video
I never expected to see my favourite game on this channel.
Thank you.
18:41 I mean its possible to play alone, even without bots. It's just harder than a priest in a sea of choir boys, I have done the first three missions alone. I imagine with perfect play and a lot of luck you could do quite a few missions alone.
Ive been loving the videos. One of my favourite youtube channels to watch for comfort.
We play this entire weekend stretch. Love this game so much. It's so rewarding to finish a run with the group.
Don’t know if you played it or at least know of it, but if you want a GTFO experience but not as hard, with great teamwork, style, unlocks, and fashion.
Then try Deep Rock Galactic
Rock and Stone
Highly recommend, I jumped back in recently and I love it so much
WE'RE RICH
@@AVI-lh6rm we’re rich!
i played a rundown with my gf watching, and was terrified at how i played this like a typical shooter, and it worked until about 3/4s of the way through until i ran out of ammo and died
Man I absolutely adore this game!
Bought it waaaaay back, on launch of the Early Access because it looked like Underground Chernobyl Left 4 Dead, but look how far it has come!
3:29 "I also hit the griddy on their corpses...lord forgive me but I found it funny"
bricky is adding more and more dad jokes per video, love it
Yo bricky, there's another coop game you might want to check out, Deep Rock Galactic.

Sleepers occasionally doing a Naruto run at you is lowkey terrifying.
the fact he said this game is not playable solo no bots, when I see hinoki a solo player that solo'ed every level in almost all of the rundowns LOL
Yoooo that Shammy shoutout, Based Brick
You know what this reminds me of…?
ROCK AND STONE, BROTHAH
There are a suspicious number of furry references in this video. You got something to tell us bricky?
I'm super excited to be able to go back to earlier rundowns soon, reading about the past story is one thing but experiencing them for yourself is another.
Am i the only one who learned Shammy was trans because of a random joke in a Bricky video? lmao
Was so happy to see you cover this game. Been watching it for over a year and i finally decided to jump in during the current sale. Perfect timing
Sadly yeah I liked Shammy in a weird way but I guess either his life is going pretty terrible atm or he went to deep into the rabbithole or maybe both. He might get help but its more likley he will "end" something instead.

Her life probably is pretty bumpy at the moment, and you have yourself and people like you to blame.
0 empathy and self-awareness, I swear.
@@tennoskoom9282 Even Shammy said the shit that happened to fuck over their life was their own fault. Don't blame the fans moron. PST absolutely black balled them for the shit that went down. Shammy was (and maybe still is) not a good person to those they were close with. We're told they're trying to self improve but that absolutely does not discredit their past actions according to David and his friends. The behavior of fans are never a scapegoat for the characteristics of a person. They chose a life of popularity. What happens in reaction is entirely on them.
@@Chromeberd Man, I'm not defending Shammy regarding all the bad shit they did, I'm just saying calling someone MtF 'He' is disrespectful as fuck, same as calling someone FtM 'She' would be. Or calling a random dude "She" or random gal "He". It's intentionally dickish.
@@tennoskoom9282 Except you were claiming that their life was bumpy or made worse as a result of fans saying "he".
The fact is there's going to be people who use a pronoun in defiance to their transition. It's the internet. Anybody who's been here for a few minutes already knows how pronouns go. It's up to the person in the spotlight to choose to ignore it or not. You aren't going to change some strangers mind to use "her" if they're already not choosing to use it.
I feel like between GTFO and Darktide there's enough ideas and talent for one hugely popular game... yes, that's my final statement -_-
Wait ...wait wait she...shammy
Upon further investigation I have learned that shammy has transitioned or is aiming to transition it doesn't bother me I was just surprised I thought it may have been like a joke from the Warhammer man either way if shammy sees this I doubt it congrats

Of course a bricky video is where I learned that Shammy transitioned. Of fucking course.

How is this how I found out Shammy is trans
The sniper rifle: Solving all share-size servings of spaghetti and thunkballs since... whenever I started using it.

GTFO was a big disappointment for me, the trailers showed it to be this cool stealth-action game where you have to make your way through a facility with enemies getting increasingly dangerous, instead we got a "replayable" multiplayer mess with glitched ladders and the "Cum Launchers"
“Nothing about GTO is perfect” and neither is Bricky 21:00
Played it with my friends at release, and i remember 2 things: -
we got pretty angry at spitters projectiles being able to curve their trajectory into the air to carve a nice chunk of your health for free
-after a few missions you understand that it's "crouch in the dark and slowly walk your way to sleepers and stealth kill them wirh a charge attach" simulator on pretty much every map.
Other than that the game is pretty good!
well but shooter projectiles are still able to be dodged, just a matter of timing
also u can optimize stealth gameplay for it to be faster
Ah yes, Deep Rock galactic after the management got way too pissed with our tomfoolery in the launchpad
This looks and feels like what Callisto should have been
Hey Bricky, you can do single player.
I love that the "WHY WON'T IT DIE" sounds like it was straight out of a movie
My absolute favorite bug back in beta, is when one or more players cant turn off their flash light but the enemies arent disturbed when they get shined
