I love watching his recipes. None of these chefs on the tube can make these simple recipes looks this good. Marco is a master of food. No one can take that from him. Even if he’s selling a product like knorr his food still looks flawless. I think though hes a poor salesman. I think he’s probably just one of those guys whose flawless at one profession that takes creativity and craft that being a salesman and selling yourself comes off as weird to him. It shows. I hate these videos when he talks. He should just be making shows like Gordon does. Gordon is the best at these kinds of shows because his persona is so damn watchable and dramatic. Marco I think is firey but not in the bombastic over the top way Gordon is. Marco just should stick to food or just do masterclasses. He’d be the best chef to get for one of those masterclasses.

These are great for the home cook. Marco is one of the "celebrity" chefs that understand the limitations at home. If you want to make demi glace at home go for it, but stocks and seasoning are so integral to good cooking, and this is a great way to add the flavour restaurants charge a lot for. Thanks Marco.

As we all know duck fantastically works with apples
Duck with spices we know it works
    Duck with honey it works
    Honey and apples works
    Honey and spice works
    Spice works with apples
    Spice also works with gravel
Gravel works with fuel which also works with duck
Fueled duck works with my mother‘s urine, she is from Italy
My mother works perfectly with honey in the oven at an approximately hot temperature
Everything is optional, if you don’t like it leave it out. The only must is Knorr‘s beef stockpot because it tastes much better

Wow, that looks fantastic, and the apple sauce looks like worth fighting a relative with a knife for!
I have been making my own stock for years, looking forward to give Knorr pods a try if they ever are brought to Mexico. Campbells used to have a barely decent stock on the shelves, now the boxed one is 0.2% beef - wtf? - and the canned one is worse!
