I love watching his recipes. None of these chefs on the tube can make these simple recipes looks this good. Marco is a master of food. No one can take that from him. Even if he’s selling a product like knorr his food still looks flawless. I think though hes a poor salesman. I think he’s probably just one of those guys whose flawless at one profession that takes creativity and craft that being a salesman and selling yourself comes off as weird to him. It shows. I hate these videos when he talks. He should just be making shows like Gordon does. Gordon is the best at these kinds of shows because his persona is so damn watchable and dramatic. Marco I think is firey but not in the bombastic over the top way Gordon is. Marco just should stick to food or just do masterclasses. He’d be the best chef to get for one of those masterclasses.
Tyler Jacobson knorr’s products are actually really good, very few people have time to make stock from scratch these days, also his recipes are simple and delicious. Gordon Ramsey is an amazing chef but his home recipes are out of reach for most people

You can see that his experience and way of doing things is based on decades of experience and knowing exactly what he wants to do and how to go about doing it, and he tries to pass that on in these videos

The thing i love about Marco is that his recipes are simple and seem plausible for a complete dumbass like me. His instructions are very clear and simple as well.
I’ve made this recipes many times now. The way the skin crisps on top is fantastic and it’s delicious! I really appreciate being lucky enough to have learned from Marco even if it’s through these free classes.
He trained Ramsey to his best ability and then Ramsey turned against him because he thinks he's better. Marco will allways be the better chef and he gave back his Michelin stars because he doesn't need them.
These are great for the home cook. Marco is one of the "celebrity" chefs that understand the limitations at home. If you want to make demi glace at home go for it, but stocks and seasoning are so integral to good cooking, and this is a great way to add the flavour restaurants charge a lot for. Thanks Marco.

I have been making my own stock for years, looking forward to give Knorr pods a try if they ever are brought to Mexico.
