@@garuto7819 honestly the best advice i can give is to just remain consistent. and stick to at least 3 subs ( if you’re using other subs) and to have an open mind and to remain detached from it. The key to fk’s subs is to remain consistent and disciplined thats all and try to meditate its good a good boost. Anyways you got this. I also increased my listening time depending on how i feel. So just listen to your body as well.

@@garuto78192-4 times minimum, you could do more depending on your energy level and how you feel. Do not overuse as stated in the descriptions, due to the energy.
This made me fall in love with the working. So at peace when I embrace the hardwork, the suffering, the pain and the grind. And so frustrated when I try to walk away from my responsibilities. Very Thankful for this field.

The term "negative" is very vague in this context. It's akin to labeling the jury as haters or negative individuals if they convict you of a "crime." Since it's not inherently negative but rather neutral, those placements should remain, in my opinion. Fk. Ive been through lotta hardship with carrier front for the past 7/2years due to saturn 🪐 from astrological chart. So kinda afraid to use this since description is really harsh.
