@@sherrybendall5817 yes, saving them from a life of diabetes, heart disease, (and all the other issues that come up and most seem to think is normal) seems like a good idea to me.

I wanted to also point out that the last page of the cookbook has a misspelling of Jen's last name as "Chaplin" instead of "Chapin". :)

My download of the recipes was not this cookbook of Gluten-free recipes. It was Keto recipes!

what happened to the video it was in the middle of coconut chicken then jumped to putting fish in the bag
Hi! I finish the chicken at the end around the 35 minute mark. All the chicken goes in at the end to avoid cross contamination 😊
Sue here: excellent meals! Nice job, Jen 😊. After handling chicken please teach your classes to wash hands thoroughly with soap and water for at least 30 seconds - not just a quick three second rinse 🤢 and the other caution is to consider the credible research on how harmful diet sodas are. But how fun: 10 wonderful meals - ready to go - for all the busy moms (and dads!).
I use Zevia brand sodas. Taste really good and lots less added ingredients (no sugar, no coloring, etc.)
