  • 6.7 Powerstroke Diagnosing No Start Bad CP4?
In this video I have a 2012 6.7 Powerstroke which came in as a crank no start. Has several codes and I am going to walk you through the process of diagnosing this. Join me in the diagnostic journey and I will show you what to do if you come across this issue.

Thank you for replying on your other video I appreciate the kind words also. Now I’m looking forward for a truck to come into the shop needing a fuel system, got me feeling hella confident on my capability of doing one lol

Feeling confident and knowing how to find the proper information is key. Not just diving into something without being aware of what you are doing. Good luck and thanks for watching.

That high pressure fuel system disaster is going to cause a high vacuum disaster on someone's bank account. Those S&S kits are worth installing.

Yeah for sure. I watched a video where the fuel pump failed and had that kit on there and no metal. On thank you for watching the video

Very helpful. New to working on 6.7. I’ve work on 7.3 and 6.0. I work as Diesel Tech military base and have a lot of 6.7. They sit a lot would you recommend changing fuel filters at every 10,000 miles?

Yes I would change them every 10k. The more you replace your fuel filters the better chance you have of garbage not getting into the pump. Also remember aftermarket fuel filters do not filter as good as oem filters. In my opninion oem filters should also be used on oil, fuel and air filters.Thank you for watching.

How much for that job … our 6.7 just shut off and now won’t crank after changing filters and successfully purging 6 times ran 6 minutes then died
