This video shows you how to install new inner tie rods from TRQ on your 2012-2017 Toyota Camry. The inner tie rod has a ball joint that can wear over time, causing a clunking noise, loose steering, and eventually, other problems with the wheel and suspension components. It’s a good idea to replace your inner tie rods as soon as you notice any of these symptoms.
This repair was done on a 2014 Toyota Camry SE 2.5L Sedan 4-Door FWD Automatic and the process should be similar on the following vehicles:

If you’re using a replacement inner tie rod that’s not oem, it’s probably not the same length as oem and you want to measure how far in the outer tie rod screwed in, then calculate to get the same total length w the outer tie rod.
