I found a $9.99 Waterford pitcher at my area goodwill last Friday. It’s stunning after cleaning some cloudiness on the bottom of it.

That chantilly green sandwich glass!! My favorite!
What an amazing shop! HUGE! You know I love the glasses. It’s difficult to buy sets of 4 or 6 glasses in charity shops here. Mostly odd singles with Happy Birthday Nan painted and the like! That Indian bench was lovely and what a price! X
One reason I don’t suggest personalizing crystal. Thanks for coming along for the Tennessee Goodwill. I was preoccupied this film day worrying about my Houston family and friends. It was a severe storm and many are still without power.

Wow, great shopping in Franklin looks like a great store. Loved all the glassware starting off with those Fostoria plates. We have some of those and I love the baroque pattern. The blue bag was fantastic. Great find.. appreciate the shopping tips like you said location is very important 👍 we have done a few pieces of furniture from Goodwill. Nice stuff goes fast. We’ve never purchased soft surface furniture. I did have a goodwill employee give me the heads up. It’s a good idea to treat soft surface furniture before taking it in your home. Various types of furniture can have bedbugs and various goodwill treat pieces with various levels of cleaning I was told some none at all love the video. Thank you for all you do.❤❤
Learning from you, too. In Texas stores, pillows have a note that they have been treated. Do y’all ever venture to the Franklin Goodwill stores? I plan to be back in town early August.
@@LadyMaryBeth it’s been a goal for many months now we will be at Nashville in three weeks staying at the Gaylord. Donavan has an insurance event and I will be free a few days and definitely plan on venturing to the Franklin Goodwill.

Yes, this is a great warmer. My mother had a silverplated handled bowl that she placed over it to warm a chocolate caramel sauce. Perfect for strawberries on a dessert buffet.

Most importantly, do not place Wilton Armetale in the dishwasher. Our cousins did this in Germany, and ruined the Reggae set we gifted them. Best to wash with warm, soapy water. Add a baking soda paste for deeper cleaning. They sell a polish that works well. Nevr-Dull metal polish has a treated cotton wadding cloth that shines metals.

I did a google image search and looks like it is Trousseau from Pfaltzgraff. The creamer is selling for $16 on Etsy.

I think Goodwill has gotten greedy with the prices they are charging for merchandise that is donated.
There are still deals to be found. Goodwill invests a lot in job training, which is a wonderful benefit to the community.
