Welcome and more fun in the Philippines
What country are you from, sir?
Based from your accent you sound Ukrainian or Russian to me.
@@joparsons914 thank you😊🙏🏽

Possibly the most aesthetically stunning landscape of any country on earth. Plus they are quickly developing and becoming the back office of the world so Manila is revamping and modernizing at a rapid rate. There are satellite corporate neighborhoods cropping up all the time and all of the major US, Japanese, Korean and European corporations are moving in for the cheap labor. Filipinos are getting richer and richer each year.
That's great to hear! I love Philippines haha🙏🏽

Discovered your channel a few days ago, I really enjoy it because your videos are well shot, really synthetic and to the point. The one thing you have to change is one word : NICE. Try counting how many times you use that word in this video, I was getting mad by the end :)
Thank you🙏🏽 Haha yes I'm trying to get better with that!
Welcome to the Philippines. Just subscribed.
Thank you🙏🏽
Wow! the white beach sands in Boracay @5:50
Yeah it's so nice😍
I'm a Filipina nurse who will semi-retire soon and my husband and I have recently bought a 2 bed condo in Salcedo village (where Shaka is).
Nice! Enjoy😊🙏🏽
wish u luck, be safe and hope you enjoy the country
Thanks sp much😊🙏🏽
You can live in or just outside any Philippine city with the mountains, the beach, or the waterfalls that are just a few hours drive away. Always ask the locals what the best places or destinations nearby are. If you have a local to help translate or negotiate prices with you, you can probably avoid the so-called "foreigner tax" (add-on higher prices).
Is Grace still with you?
I’m a proud Pinoy here in Chicago seeing my country beautiful
Awesome🙏🏽
I subscribed and looking forward to seeing your Philippines adventure. Boracay and its sunset are still beautiful as ever.
Thank you😊🙏🏽
Welcome to the Philippines enjoy your stay. If you still have the time travel to the northen part of Luzon there's also many pristine beaches there.
Thank you😊🙏🏽
If you're staying in Beacon long term, you could rent a similar unit for about $400/month.
The leasing office is at the 3rd floor.

Great first-impressions vlog episode.
Thanks man😊🙏🏽
Expenses in the country will largely depend on one's lifestyle, what you do, where you stay and eat. Makati is more expensive than other cities. You could spend $10 or more for a meal or $1. Locals usually go to carinderias where food is generally cheaper.
Yeees 🙏🏽
nice shots , may I know what camera you are using? I like the quality. Thank you. Enjoy your stay in Ph
Thanks :) I use iPhone 14 pro!
Welcome to Philippines, enjoy and stay safe.

Welcome to the Philippines. ❤
Thank you😊🙏🏽
Hope you'll continue to enjoy your stay in the Philippinea
Thank you, I definitely am!
I used to live in Philippines for 5 years , mostly living in makati but the places you shows is so unfamiliar, i guess it had change alot in last 12 years
Yeah I can imagine it has changed a lot since🙏🏽
Everything in the Philippines are growing so fast, 5-10 years from now it cannot be recognize. They are building numerous public and private infrastructures which is visible everywhere. Tourism Industry is also growing so fast , foreign companies buildings are popping up in every corner of major cities. Some are still poor & living in poverty , but trust me if the country will continue growing at the same level as today, poverty will gone easily.
Sounds good!🙏🏽
@@JooseTheNomad Thanks.
Yes, Metro Manila has MRT and LRT.
But the first Metro Manila subway is under construction right now. The 54 km full underground metro will have stations in BGC, Makati, Ortigas Central Business Districts and many strategic places all the way to airport. In few years, the landscape of Metro Manila will improve.
The Metro Manila Skyway (elevated toll way) is a 36 kilometer road from airport with many exit points (now operational). TrAveling within the capital has greatly improved in the last few years. Imagine, it used to be 2 hour by car from airport to Quezon City but now, it is a quick 30 minutes. If you want to go to huge casino resorts at Entertainment City, just get a Grab car from Makati and in 15 minutes, you will arrive there. Without the elevated skyway, it takes 45 minutes. Toll fee is cheap.
@@ronnienestor that's awesome🙏🏽

King Sulaeman is the founder of the city of Manila. He comes from Minangkabau, Sumatra, Indonesia
how much for boracay hotel? 100$+ when i was there around 2015. u can stay a 2$ taxi bike away where the boat drops you off (station 1 or 4?) and its around 30-40$ for a huge room but no hot water or air con. tepid water and strong fans were kosher yo
I'm new to ur channel, I love to know that ur happy staying here, hoping to meet u friend here so ur having a wonderful time

Thank youu😊🙏🏽
Welcome to the Philippines! Hope you can check out Cebu as well.
Where should I go in Cebu?🙊
@@JooseTheNomad there’s a lot but you can start with Cebu City, the capital city. It’s where the most common spots are like the malls, Colon Street, IT Park, Magellan’s Cross, Sto Niño Church, Carbon Market, Taoist Temple, etc. Then you can either go South (which is the popular one) like Carcar, Argao, Alcoy, Oslob, Moalboal; you can go North like Danao, Carmen, Bantayan Island; or go West like Balamban, Toledo, Aloguinsan.
@@kevinraychua great thank you! I'll go later for sure🙏🏽
@@kevinraychua mag enjoy lang sya sa Cebu dahil sa Beach at tradition. That's all.

Welcome 😁🇵🇭

New sub here from The Philippines
Thank you🙏🏽
I was supposed to stay at the Beacon Makati but they wanted cash payment and wouldn’t accept payment via Agoda so I cancelled and stayed Airbnb at BGC instead. Makati and BGC are kind of expat islands in Manila. Once you move out of these areas things are a little more chaotic especially trying to get around. I used taxis most of the time and they were always good. The food is good (at near western prices). Never tried any street food as it looks a bit risky. Whole fruit is OK at street vendors.
I got my apartment on Airbnb and had no problems. But yeah sounds good :)
Welcome relax and enjoy
Thank you man🙏🏽
More work to be done. Southernmost provinces are having higher rates of poverty. Kudos by the way to Makati LGU.
No more GF?!
