He worked for it, made a brand, and tbh became one of the better met gala award show designers with his looks with billy porter (the tux ball gown being the first big break) and janelles camp look
The corset gown is so perfect for Rene's Regina though, hard and soft, sexy and androgynous, it's not to your taste, and I wouldn't wear it, but I appreciate it.
Them posing against the backdrop of the movie poster of themselves giving them side eyes is so fitting. I'm especially feeling Tina Fey's look of disdain
