I was patiently waiting for this recipe from bong eats for a long time. Mutton liver is a favourite in my family. We almost follow the same recipe as shown by didi . we add some potato chunks and fresh green peas in it. Thank you bong eats and Salma didi for this wonderful recipe...
Today I made the recipe with a slight variation by adding potatoes to it (as my dad is a die hard alu fan and being a true bong, can't think of any mutton dish minus the potato) and it was awesome....the recipe was so simple and fast and yet so soul soothing...thank u @Bongeats and @SalmaTheChef for sharing such an amazing recipe ❤

The liver kosha would likely go great with poriyal or thoran (different kinds of what's basically a South Indian way of stir-fried veggies, unsure what the Bangla or Bengali versions are called) as a rice killer

Yes, time and patience, but also even cooking of the onions so that they turn cohesive.

In my experience, mutton liver becomes hard and rubbery if overcooked.
