@@zombiedeutsch we cannot compare those two beachs , to be honest , coco beach is different in real life and i don t recommand it for you unless you want to get an alcohol drink ( bcause it s not allowed to sell beer in bizerte government ) but in coco beach you'r free to do what you want ( because the beach in accesible only with boat so there no cops to watch ) , rafraf is another story , you can enjoy it all the day and you can find a long beautiful cornich in night lined with a lot of coffeshop , i hope you got the idea

Is it a free beach or we must pay to get there ?

You have to pay a boat to carry you and then you are expected to buy lunch at the cafe to stay at. There are groups that go togther.
