- What are the 8 most common customer objections and how to respond to them. Lightning round of customer role-play w fan favorite Mo Ismail. This is a fun new format we are trying out. Let us know if you want to see more like this in the comments below.
Chris - / thechrisdo
Mo - / moismai
00:18 - 1 - Client is debating to hire you or hire someone full time.
00:55 - 2 - An attorney who represents himself has a fool for a client. Tell me the problem. Tell me the solution. Don't tell me both.
02:34 - 3 - Too expensive! Why are you more than everyone else?
03:18 - 4 - Client is interested, but doesn’t want to commit to a multi-month contract.
04:07 - 5 - Not ready to make a commitment, the client asks for documentation to decide later.
04:50 - 6 - The client says, “I just need a __________”.
06:02 - 7 - Client is looking for a “good deal”.
08:01 - 8 - Proof? I need proof.

@@Moismai Let's suppose one of your workshop participants recommended the workshop to his/her friend who is a Sales Manager.
Client: What measurable outcome will the reps be able to improve after they finish your 90-min workshop?
How would you respond to that?
It would be equally awesome to hear how the guru, Chris would respond to this?
@@RahulGupta056"What measurable outcomes would you like to see?"
It would be good to have someone outside of The Futur who owns/runs a business to get a more realistic debate and responses to Chris.
Mo doesn’t work for the Futur. He runs s business.
@@thefutur I think it's more about "someone who's not friend with The Futur or Chris". Mo is cool but we've seen him multiple times, he knows you so he won't be too hard on you, he won't put you in a bad position: like people said, he's not very combative here. The same video with someone really trying to hire someone, using those arguments, trying to win the debate for real... that would be much more better. Afterward, if we could have the feedback of this "client", telling us how he felt about that kind of talk, it could be really nice :)
Well I'm in France anyway so most of the tips can't be applied here (different mentality and way to do business) but I still learn a lot from it.
Thank you so much about those video, sorry to be so harsh and so demanding when you're doing such a good job already!
I am in India, I feel the pain of cultural/societal nuances in business.
I asked Chris once that I try principles of WWPM often, but I still have to pitch sometimes to win.
He said: They are guiding principles, you have to figure out a path. Its like a game of chess.
I have been able to grow my business significantly using the PRINCIPLES of objection handling presented by such valuable content by @thefutur.
I agree; I like the tips but I doubt he talks to new clients like that.
@@Lag2501 i want futur to reply to ur comment and see how it goes. Im looking forward to it
"Before I send you a document you probably won't read, are we at least on the same page as far as deliverables and price are concerned?" Brilliant!
I love how most of Chris’ responses were coming from a very empathic view. He was not trying to fight off the client or sell himself harder. Instead, trying to understand where the client was coming from and giving examples he could relate to. Great content as always, guys! ❤️
Absolutely loved this. Please more short content like this- this is perfect.
Me too, Karen Mole. Great 👍👌content.
Yes! I agree!
Yess this is amazing!
2:48 - "I'ts just my rate".
GOLD! Thanks for that! :D
You’re very welcome
The way Chris makes closing a sale effortless makes me sit up to learn more. I know with practice, I’ll get there. Nice 👍🏽
practice. it's all it takes.
"No proof but you can take my plan to somebody else...."(and see how that works for you) ... classic!!
I’m too slow. The bell is rung far before I would ring it. Aside from me being slow, Maybe this is because Mo already knows what the right answer is? He’s not being too combative IMO. Appreciate the video men.
What I think is Mo is has been pre-qualified.
He knows Chris can bring him X result.
He's already a warm prospect.
He won't be all that combative compared to when he is a cold prospect.
Definitely agree to both the comment and reply. I also felt slow watching this video.
Seemed to me like Mo was thinking about how he could continue to object. But couldn’t find a logical argument and had to admit defeat
No one is going to refuse something they really want when the offer is fair
Bell is rung when the client already lost his argument.
He rung the bell when Chris exposed the fake argument.
Objection handling is so valuable to see how it works!
Just one word - AMAZING. This has to be the best video ever done by 'The Futur'. Sleek, clear, and full of power. Loved the rapid-fire roleplays. Chris and Mo get the job done beautifully. Whoever came up with this concept kudos to that person. ❤️❤️❤️
Credit to Mo.
@@thefutur Kudos Mo. I remember Mo in one of the earlier whiteboard sessions and Mo now. Transformation is incredible. And Chris is mindblowing as always. Hats off guys! Looking forward to more such videos.
Exactly
Absolutely loved this quick lightning Round Role-play.
These are recurring questions we have to answer for almost every client. Thanks for the role play with answers! Brilliant!
This format was incredibly effective. The text laying out the concepts implemented in each round were especially helpful for me. It really solidified the strategies in my mind.
Another excellent delivery, I love this format of mentally preparing you for all scenarios that can happen during the negotiation. Takes away all the mystery! This is like watching Picasso paints Chris. Thank you sincerely!
Thank you
This is a brilliant format. A lot of strategies for a lot of different situations boiled down to a 9 minute video. Two of those even helped me to seal more deals this week. It would be great if you could do more of those going forward!
Congrats.
I rewatched this 3 times. I love the short, snappy format!
Glad to hear
Mmmm...can I be the one grilling Chris with questions? I find that the guys that do these sometime have not been clients. I have negotiated prices 1/2 million dollar consulting gigs, and the purchase of very expensive equipments... I somehow think the conversation would be much different coming from a real client
Wara, please DM on Twitter of IG @theChrisDo
Wara do you have an example of someone that has done this in a way that you think works better?
For sure, this client throws in the towel whenever Chris offends him with a remark.
@@thefutur did this ever happen?
Been consuming your content since 2018 and this is the second best so far. Absolutely love it!
Thank you 🙏
This was super fun!! Thanks Chris and the team! Blunt forcing confidence and smooth negotiations to undervalued designers 👌
These are the best. There's so much learning packed into this short time span. More, please!
I'm so happy that the futur is at 1.4m subs! I remember when you guys were at 50k. You guys helped me a lot and not just in graphic design
Thank you
You guys are my heroes! You provide such a great value in your videos I enjoy watching your playrolls a lot. Also purchased the 6 sichrotes course from you already and we're receiving a lot more value there
These videos are life savers... Thanks guys. Really appreciate them.
This format is gold! ⭐️
Stunning. Pretty excellent. Thank you very much.
Absolute gold
It really all comes down to CONFIDENCE.
Thank you Chris. There has to be a conviction in person’s subconscious mind: that he/she doesn’t need that client! All our reality streams from that.
Many of us grew up in a family where parents took that confidence from us and created a set of beliefs of inadequacy and fear. Getting rid of these false beliefs is a long and painful process. You have found the way. Thank you for sharing all your ideas.
Loved this!! Please do more
This is great. Please make more of these.
These roleplays that chris does are great. it shows what practice to your craft can do over time
Thank you
Perfect, straight and respectable answer
I love these two when they go back and forth.
Love this guy. Settle, calm, logical and confident.
Thanks for the video!
That last one just saved so many of us who are starting off.
I make sure to watch a handful of these videos as as a revision before walking into any client meeting ! Thanks once again Futur Team !
You’re very welcome
This was super helpful can't wait to see more amazing and useful content soon. thank you so much all the way from Nepal:)
Thank you Chris. This is awesome
AND HERE another Great One Ahead ... ❤️ Thanks Chris And Team Futur for Ur Years Of Teaching ❤️
You’re very welcome
7 Minutes To go ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
This is absolute gold for service business sellers...I am a dentist and i am going to watch this video 50 times and apply it like hell!!!
Great content..thanks!
objection 4 is so important! Literaly will be so happy if i saw this video few month ago. The stress part is real, even if the deadline initially described as "possible to extend" due to internal factors.. and the client agrees with that
Loving this segment, thanks a lot.. really need it...
This was amazing and Chris’ responses were so simple. I need to save this video to always be able to come back to and learn from
just put the video on infinite repeat when you go to bed. it'll seep into your subconscious and you'll become a sales ninja.
@@thefutur I’ve actually done that at times. Surprisingly helpful.
Chris is in a BOSS mode from the first round. that's another gold guys. thanks
Totally love it!!! MORE PLEASE!!
NICE. Love your videos - love what and how you teach.
THIS IS GOLD. Thank you Chris
Brilliant format, entertaining and education - keep it up!
Powerful role play!!! Enjoyed going through this
You are truly a perfect guide. Thanks
So good! Love it!
8 instand Tapouts.
Thank you for your work!!
Our pleasure!
Really fun to watch and informative too
Your wisdom and content is so valuable. Thank you.
Glad you think so!
I love this. Objection, answer. Although a quick fix is never the right path to perfection, this sparks better attention to content. I look forward to seeing more videos of this nature. Fantastic gentlemen!
I love you Chris!!!! Changed my life. And continues to do so.
Thank you
This is great but he totally flaked out way too fast on a number of these!!! More of the same please!! Or even revisit them with more steel on the client side :)
Damn, Chris. Your confidence level is through the roof. Looking like a king sitting on his throne.
Wow just loved this roleplay to the core, i loved Chris's Attitude❤️ ha ha best ever roleplay. Thank you so much for sharing these valuable tips 🙌🏽🙌🏽
Liked. Commended and I am already subscribed. This was such an enjoyable format!! How much practice, and experience you need to have before you can just sit back and give these answers. Looks easy when you see a pro do it. Mo, you're good sport! Love your style too!
Appreciate it
So good! Would love to see more of these 🙌🏼
Love this format
Aaah yes, the roleplays.. Brilliant as usual. Love the vibe. Thanks to you all!
Only comment up here they forgot to like. A very supportive one too ☺️
PURE GOLD, one of the best futur vid
I really like this format Chris, thanks mate and well done to you both...
Glad to hear
This was genius! Loved it, super helpful!
so disarmingly simple - fast-paced learning is great! you guys are superb. Bravo guys, bravo!
Thanks! 😃
Superb video! Those Role-Plays are of great value, love them!
Glad you like them!
This format is awesome! Learned so much and have a lot of conversation topics to ponder about now. Thank you the Futur!!! :)
Thank you
This was awesome! Thank you so much.
Great interpretation Chris thanks for doing this.
Whoa whoa 😳 this was a Golden experience. Thank you for this
I love the 'lesson' parts! I could immediately apply nr 6 to two situations I was recently in myself, and it was nice to see my own intuition being expressed so elegantly in a sentence. Thank you!
But for the sake of intellectual integrity I need to point out that Mo didn't have any objections because he didn't have a real scenario. This was an empty conversation.
Chris 'destroyed' every round by just asking for the specifics of a project, which Mo didn't have, because there was no project.
Is there a chance you could run through a real scenario that Chris has actually been through? Surely he could spin some argumentative points from jobs done, perhaps even 'ironman' his opponent and then show how he won the client over.... or he could even take a completely new approach!
Either way it's great fun to watch Chris' genius at work. Thanks for the output of great stuff! Loving it!
These were EXCELLENT
This is way too good honestly!
Loved this! Definitely need more like it
I like how you cats are are always grinding. I have seen a ton of your vids and you guys deliver, I get impressed on how you press. They're informational and interactuar. Keep up the great work habit. 😎
Thank you very much!
Had to hit the re-wind and watch this one twice! 🔥🙌
DANG! I was screaming as I was watching this. Chris, your responses are spot on! That your brain works that fast and can hone in on the questions that gets Mo to think (or hit the bell) is worthy of dissecting.
How to think faster to ask better questions?
toni, we can do a call on this inside the pro group.
I love these videos from you, guys. A learned a lot.
this comes off as a bit cheeky but in a good way. It really makes you think in ways to bring out the real reasons as to why a client would decide to work with you and help smooth out bumps in the future.
Loved it!!!
One of the best videos on the whole channel
What was most helpful to you?
@@thefutur every single one of the responses was valuable, and everything in under 10 min makes it even better.
id LOVE to see more videos like this!!!
This is just amazing!
Awesome stuff as usual 👏🏽,
Please do more role plays on tackling and overcoming those.
Will do!
Amazing channel always show quality of content💰👍
Need more of this
By far this is the best UA-cam video EVER.
Gooooood stuff as usual guyzzzz!!!
Need more of this kind of content. I like.
Ladies and gents, CHRIS DO.
The amount of valuable content 🙏🙏
Is very help full❤️❤️❤️ this video is first video which dose not make me bore!
I'm so glad!
Lovely explainations
loving this new type of content ! pills of 1min are so amazing as well
Thank you Mirko!
Great video! Loved it
Looking forward to this
The skills you give on having an agreement before an estimate is given is great and you’ve articulated beautifully selling without selling. I’ve always had this philosophy and done very well, but how you do it seems like it’s much more effective. 2 and 7 are price justifications I love using and probably close deals more often than anything else. I’m just beginning to watch the channel and feel there’s a lot to learn.
Thank you
Very helpful.
WHHAAAAAATTTTT!!!!! This is Really CRAZY!!!!!! Chris just gave such POWERFUL CONTENT for FREE which other Coaches / Consultant are not even able to give in their Paid Courses / Coaching. This is totally Insane!!! @The Futur You Guys are AMAAAAZZZZZIIIIIIIIIINGGGGG !!!!!!!!!
Thank you Arjun
