hello @lukas! who are you? in the example one, How do I render this? I have added a hair material and when I render I just get straight lines without any curling. Thank You for you job!
Excellent tutorial. Thank you! Anyone having issues with redshift generating a cuboid hair thing that looks nothing like your tracers? I got it to work by using RS render view: Select the tracer object, then click and hold the first render icon and choose Render View or RS Render View. The icon is up and left from the objects palette - the first of the three render-related icons. Too bad I can't buy the HDRIs.
Probably adding a sweep object and placing the tracer along with a circle spline as a child of the sweep object. Make sure to drop down the radius of the circle spline.
sick tutorial! when i apply redshift material to the tracer, there is an error. the render lines become square (emitter box shape) and it doesn't render the tracer. help?
@@lukasthorup yes I did. in the render I can change the weight and color of the tracer so I can see that its working, but for some reason it keeps the emitter box shape and won't follow the path of the tracer. Any way I can screenshot this over to you?
Cool tutorial….didn’t realize the volume builder could be used like that!
great tutorial man! i just bought the HDRI kit ;) thanks for sharing!
Thanks man I'm so glad you liked it
@@lukasthorup heck yea man! straight to the point. that's how tutorials should be made ;)

incredible tutorial! thank you soooo much Lukas!!!
You're welcome
@@lukasthorup could you please explain how to make these curls flow around some object near it (not going through object near) ?
Cool tutorial, thanks. Is there a way to make the lines flow around an object?
I appreciate the effort that you make order to share your skills with us :D Good one
the knowledge here is so great!! thanks for sharing Lukas!
You're welcome man 💪

brilliant! can you make the particles visble without redshift?
Use hair material

@@chrissam7187 Be sure to deactivate the caps in the sweep. increases speed in rendering and working
🔥🔥🔥
great job!it looks like done by houdini!👀
It's a greate tutorial! Thnx! Amazing Lukas
I'm glad you liked it
it only renders a square shape with lines in it in one corner of my picture, can you help? i dont know what it is doing
I really enjoyed the tutorial, but is there a way to render it using Octane?
its really a great tutorial
lukas, i need to ask, do you play CSGO ? i think i know where you got that music from in the intro :D
No I don't play CSGO. The music is from epidemic sounds
Love it! 💖
Really nice tutorial!
can u make a video on how u animate these still renders like u showed in intro plz tutorial😘😘
Having the same issue of the box rendering not the tracers! Was there a solution for this?
Great Tutorial as always buddy! Keep it up!
Thanks man, appreciate it 🙏
smooth guy :)
Awesome
AMAZING!
respect!!

Thanks mate. Did you remember to apply the Redshift object tag and set it to hair under particle

@@shawnelee90 yeah sent me a screenshot on Instagram
@@lukasthorup thanks so much. just sent you a dm!
Was there a solution for this? I'm running into the same issue.
Bravo!
I don't want to stay rendering, I want to finish rendering man 😁.. anyway thanks for the vid tutorial. this is nice
how to render without redshift?
Yo these tutorials are gem. Do you teach 1 on 1? lol
without plugins @ lets add redshift
Is there a way to do this in R19?
No unfortunately, it's a feature that was introduced in R20
wow that is so cool
Without plugin but with Redshift Render lol So use Cinema 4D without Plugin BUT with Redshift render, important notified that.
Redshift is apart Cinema4D now. So if you pay for Cinema4D you also have Redshift
give project pls
without any plugins, literally uses redshift
Redshift is a part of maxon now, and it comes included with cinema
@@lukasthorup well that's if you own something like r24 or r25 and a lot of people don't
@@JakeMMC You can still get the same result by adding the " hair module" that comes natively with C4D.
"without any plugins" (uses redshift) lmao xD
