For future reference, you should aim at the stinger, not the head.

Once was able to modify a weapon (AKM complex) to have -0 accuracy. It was 95% or all vats' choices. I also made a gun do so little damage it went below the 0 integer and into positive, doing 32000 damage a shot

sometimes that happens during my gameplay, but if i switch to melee weapons, it's fine. really frustrating.

Note Radscorpions can permanently disable your head in rare instances if you lack the unofficial patch
