It has been so long and I am so grateful for all your well wishes and happy thoughts over my maternity break from youtube. I had a gorgeous baby girl back in October and I am finally finding some time to sit down and paint my nails and catch up with you guys.
YAY! I'm so excited to talk to you guys and get back into the habit of posting on youtube again! I have missed you guys so much.

I had a c section when I had my son. I was completely out of it so I didn’t get to see my son until I came out of the “fog” already in my recovery room. I felt that connection as soon as they rolled the bassinet into my room and he turned his face in my direction🥰...I’m so happy for you and I’ve missed hearing your voice. Congrats on baby girl 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎀🎉🎉🎉🎉🎀🎉🎉🎉🎉

Watched this whole video and I don't comment much but as a counselor I have to say this: I LOVE your strength and determination to not go to the dark place. Also your willingness to share so much, I'm sure it has helped a lot of women out there going through this. A family member of mine has the same issue but has the distorted belief that getting help is a sign of weakness : (
You have a great personality and you have been missed but what you are doing is "slightly" more important than nail polish lol On the other hand it's good to get back to what you love!! Good for the soul. Anyhow just wanted to say congratulations, I have my first granddaughter (just turned one year old) and I totally fell in love, it's amazing. I really identified with this..lol..in all aspects actually from the tearing to the epidural, to the breast feeding and severe depression, this was way back in 1969-1970 and I even burst into tears watching "Laugh In" I think a lot might have to do with that first time, I felt so scared and unsure of myself I felt like I was drowning half the time, I would rock my daughter and take it personally if she pushed me away.. which she did often, the baby just didn't liked to be rocked but I thought she didn't like me..silly I know. but you really seem to be glowing and I am so happy for you Sweetie. Welcome back and I'm just fine with painting nails and chatting...:)

Congratulations on your baby girl. The biggest issue I had with my second child was adjusting my schedule. You have a wonderful relationship with your hubby. He is so understanding and willing to be there for you.

I need too start wearing more of my own collection too. I think either Cutepolish or Kelli Marissa uses an app on their phone to keep up with their collection but I haven’t tried it personally. I need to do something before I go to Polishcon though so I won’t buy a bunch of dupes😄. (Oh! Not sure what grit of file you are using but sounds kinda rough so may wanna try a softer grit like 240. They have them at Sally’s) Looking forward to your future videos.

My second video with you but I had a suggestion for a possible video? Some ladies I follow do lipstick roulette videos where they put a ton of lipsticks in a box then pull a specific amount to try out again for a week or two then sort of re-review the products? I personally like the randomness of that style. Like there is a wide assortment in the box so there is a lot of potential for an unexpected combo? I feel like it pulls out some creativity. With polish I almost feel like you could get away with having a box of toppers and maybe a box of seasonally appropriate colors. Then you draw a few blind and play with them. It would sort of allow us to see random things in your collection that could be old favorites or maybe ones you haven't used in a long time. Anyway, congratulations on the baby! I'm 32 weeks with my second boy personally and I'm glad to hear everything is going well with you.

Thank you so much for sharing your struggle with Milo and PPD. I got it so bad after my first kid , and am about 7 months pregnant with number 2 now. I did get medication with baby number 1,but it’s so scary thinking it might happen again. Hearing you had a much better time this time gives me some hope. ❤️

Oh my nails were breaking down low like yours and I just ordered a face cream , Yu Be in the green tube with chamomile on amazon
What I noticed after using this my nails and cuticles felt so smooth and soft and hydrated , best performing product I’ve used and it’s not even specifically for that .

I am so glad you are back I have missed you and I am glad you now have a baby girl. Betty is beautiful. How is Milo?
Maybe do a 1 month 1 color challenge. Every month you pick a color and you do manicures with only this color (not a specific polish but a general color) or nail arts with this color as the main color and you don't have to do different one every day but you pick up the polishs from your stash and see all the beautiful colors you have in it. And report back what you did this month and what you especially loved.
