- The father of Shani Louk, who was murdered by Hamas following the October 7th attack on the Nova music festival in Israel, has spoken of his relief at the return of his daughter's body.
Nissim Louk told Sky's Middle East correspondent Alistair Bunkall that he is "relieved" to be able to bury her now, after months of not knowing where her body was.

I’m saying that there should have been a stronger logical response from Israel that wasn’t going to cause detrimental damage to Gaza. Because of all the blockages and damage now, how are the Gazans going to survive let alone the hostages? It’s common sense to make a ceasefire and get the hostages back from both sides. Plus there’s been a lot of reports suggesting that the IDF approach to the hostage situation was not efficient and caused more damage than good
