Is ice silk made from silk?

Ice silk isn't defined as either yarn (like silk, cotton, polyester, polyamid, etc) or weaving technique (satin, chiffon,...). Manufacturers can just call it that. All the ones I've encountered are usually around 90% nylon and 10% elastan (±5%). Some had viscose or polyester, but none contained real silk.
I have one garment made of ice silk and it's soft, very breathable and indeed feels cool to the touch.
