I may have missed this in the video but where did you order the new replacement part? I got the 800 C brand new a few days ago and used for the first time today. It started up after the second pull but the next time I tried to start it I couldnt get it to crank at all. It took me about 40 times pulling the side starter to finally get it to work and that was after watching a bunch of videos on youtube on the proper way to pull it. Thanks for the video I'm pretty sure I will be replacing it once I find out where to order it
Very nice conversion upgrade , if I had one I would like the regular pull start better also than the hip start .

I got it from the dealer,its a kit cost about $100
With Stihl the C is designed to Easy Start so BR800 tag
