I'm back after 2 years. Amazed how you removed the flywheel. Have puller kits but can't figure how I would do it so nearly searched for some more! I'm actually puzzling over how to remove the grill thing ..must just snap off but I'll rewatch the series. Thanks again.

I have an older Honda Hydrostatic Commercial Micro Cut Mulching Mower, Self Propelled,with a Honda GXV160-163cm OHV motor. The model/serial # is wore off The blades came loose and jammed against the deck. The motor runs but when I engage the blades it stalls. How do I get that blade brake clutch loose? I can't find a shaft lock hole anywhere, and Honda just says it's discontinued. I'm pretty sure those brake clutches don't change much. When putting it back together, how tight do the various bolts need to be? I've never messed with these things before.

Echo trimmer with a briggs primer bulb

I'm in the process of doing the same swap on a Z248F. Did you use Briggs engine bolts to mount the engine? What did you do with the fuel vent line that goes to the carb on the Kawasaki? My drive pulley was frozen on the Kawasaki shaft. Destroyed the pulley getting it off with a Bolt style puller.

Thank you for the video. I just got a 36G and it seems to slip in reverse. I adjusted the belt and that helped but there is still some slippage. I suspect the belts need replaced.

I’m chasing down a drain on my dad’s battery. It’s showing .7A (series with the negative terminal) when off. The fuse was burnt but still functional. Pulling the fuse gets the current to zero. Pulling the rectifier harness gets it to zero as well. I’ve tried two new rectifiers and still get the same readings. When running full throttle, the voltage across the battery is 13.4. Do you have any thoughts on where I should look next? What is in the wiring after the rectifier? Thank you for this video! I’ll be checking the other measurements tomorrow.

Looking at that , that would make me go crazy all that to replace something on the deck
