I also stopped going to the one on 71st. Not only did they mess up a rather simple order on multiple occasions, but they told me I was lying and that I must have ordered it that way. Then they told me it was the cooks fault, and if I wanted it done the correctly (in other words, the way I ordered it), it would have to come out of his paycheck. I urge everyone to never visit this location. Ever.
