cool to see a snapshot of the band at this point in their career - regardless if it was a low point album wise, still cool to see their thought processes and attitudes. long live this band \m/
I really like this album. Been listening to killswitch for almost 25 years at this point. Seen them at tiny clubs all the way to huge venues, they always kick ass !
I think Howard was just tired of Adam. Particularly his critical attitude as a producer. That being said Adam is a musical genius and everything he touches turns into gold.
They had a new producer come in and Howard's mental health was declining, so I doubt it had anything to do with Adam. If anything, if he took control of the album himself, who knows what it would've sounded like. To me, it's great as is.
@@heelgill For some reason I didn’t catch that when I watched this. It sounded like Howard didn’t like the new producer. But yeah he’s clearly over the band in this video.
it was too rushed and overproduced overall imo. but there are some really good songs on it like Never Again, Starting Over, Take Me Away and In A Dead World :)
That was their worst album. Couple of amazing songs on it but overall the worst by far. I understand their desire to get out of their comfort zone of just recording at Zing studios with Adam at the helm but clearly it wasn't for the better after all. But now Jesse's back, thank god, and Disarm the Descent was their best album by far since Alive or Just Breathing so all is well with KsE
***** Couldn't agree more. I've never met a single fan of KsE that misses Howard, unless they started listening to them after they got Howard. It's still odd to me though. Even though that's how they know KsE, I still don't get how they can like him more than Jesse. Jesse fits them so much better
worst album they ever made...I removed it from my collection, my friends and I all agree to act like it never happened... As daylight dies was Howard's last album in our opinion.
yea it clearly is their worst. Couple of great songs on it but overall it's just not as good as even End of Heartache, let alone AOJB, DTD, or ADD. Or the original self titled for that matter
You're a douche. Really? Fucking REALLY? It was so terrible you had to "remove" it from your collection? Fucking dumbass. Yes, it's their worst album, but it's not a "bad" album. Killswitch has never released a bad album, just happens that this one is a little weaker than the others. It's not like we're talking about St Anger here.

10:40 "Wow", then immediately cuts away from Howard, haha.

I remember stealing this dvd from a friend lol
10:20 The look of horror on Adam's face
Adam D laughing at 7:23 lol
xD
I wonder if Howard ever got those shoes back.....
Someone should ask him haha. Although he probably wouldn't remember
@@mareofmynight never know, he might.
Everyone hates this album lol I thought it was pretty good, just not as deathy as people wanted, boohoo.

Save Me is pretty good too IMO
It's their worst overall.

Too bad this album was bad and we can tell Howard wanted no part of the band anymore.
I liked this album...better than any jessy sh
