Extra Tip: If you don't have a handbrake, map your guide button on your wheel base as the handbrake, I did it before I got one, check it out in this old video! ua-cam.com/video/0ZDlxV6wd_c/v-deo.html
Another idea.. I have logitech g29 and shifter, i map gear 4 as handbrake and change gears with the paddles. I then put an elastic band around the gear stick and a screw just infront of the shifter. This way the gear stick is always in third and when i pull it back into fourth for handbrake it is sort of spring loaded back into third! Happy drifting people!
ok you saw it , i wanted to say thx for the videos that you are making for us and i buyed assetto corsa so pls can we play together pls my dream is to join you bro pls
Thanks a lot man! I remember watching part 1 and having trouble after trying out your tips and tricks. I thought I was never going to be able to drift. 2 weeks later I'm on clutch kickers sliding around with the boys.

After watching and applying everything taught in your tutorials, I feel much more confident in my skills. The difference from when I started to now is huge, all thanks to you, man. Stay safe out there and stay sideways.
I hope people actually realise this is also for real life too. Very useful information 💁♀️. Also iv been left foot braking on simulator for around a year and now naturally I do it while driving on the track. 😊. Ps love the vids
Hello Toretto. I am from Spain and I have been following you for a few months and I have improved a lot watching your videos although it has been a bit difficult for me to understand, I have even taken screenshots and translated with google to see your tutorials. Here in Spain there is no one who comes close to your level, and worldwide you are TOP for sure. Thankyou so much for the videos. For part 4 of the series "how to do 360" 🤣
thank you for the sickk tutorials! after watching this i realized i was already doing the right things by instinct without actually knowing what i am doing... the best secret though remains practice practice practice!
Thanks for much for this videos. I was using these tips for FH4 (since you said this works in other games) and finally, after like 3 years of trying, and on the eve of FH5, I was finally able to put down some drifts consistently for the first time today. I watched numerous videos on the topic, especially ones that showed how to drift with my wheel (G920), but it was really your emphasis on throttle control that finally put everything together...so thanks again!
I am rarely commenting, but you deserve a big bravo and a comment for the algorithm + a thumbs up. Was thinking you would never release the brake part and you proved me wrong.
Even tho my pc can't handle Asseto corsa (i use LiveForSpeed) & i don't have a steering wheel (i drift on mouse), this series is actually helping me way more that i was expecting. The foot break thingy is really helpfull in low - mid horsepower cars, like the s13 i use. Thank you CToretto, keep up with the great content!!
Wow, after searching for a decent drift tutorials so glad I come across these. I’m still at part 1. All the comments here are so encouraging too so hoping I’ll be sliding around in AC soon. Ps I could watch you drift all day. Subbed 🙂
You must remember that it's TSXW ;) on lower base, like G920 or TMX, it's much harder to play with weight - they are just too slow to turn enough. I see a huge difference after buying TX. But still sometimes handbrake is like 'must have' ;) Great video, a pleasure to watch it. As always, you are doing amazing job. Peace.
I just wanna say thanks ctoretto ,after watching your videos I am drifting just like you ,I use to struggle a lot even at FHZ 5 ,but thanks to you I could definitely fix my 3 biggest mistakes #1 I was not kicking the clutch wen I was loosing power or transitioning #2 I was letting my wheel lock all the way to right or left and not returning it back on time so that was kicking me out of the track every time #3 I was not using enough gass and the tires were gripping way too much wich was also kicking me out of track… 🎉🎉🎉
Dudde, I have learn a lot in your channel , thank you for this, is six moth a have study a lot with you, and now I cam drift a little, thanks man, I love you tips :)
Watched part 1 2 and 3, great tutorials! Very helpfull! I'm not gonna do the thing where you footbrake and throttle at the same time because i want to build good habits that translate into real life aswell, also saves money xD
Awesome! Thank again for another amazing vid. You have a great way of presenting/explaining that really teaches how to drift. Thanks a lot... cause I really need the help. Hehe
Another thing if you can’t drift: it could possibly be your force feed back settings where you have the wheel too light to the point it has no response. In my opinion I like the wheel high on FFB(force feed back) which allows me to read the wheel easier.
i would love if you could come back to this one more time and make a part four where you speak about tandems, because i know im not alone when i say i find it pretty hard to follow someone elses line
i came here after 3 years to tell if you can make more parts about how to do each entries , like reverse entry , 360 entry and so on ... would be a good video ❤
Let's GOOOOO 😎🤙 cheers brotha. Just got finished with a first gen rx7 mod that's uses the beans86 handling with manual steering rack. Soooooo good. All I did was swap handling assets. Both mods are not mine so I can't distribute here.
Some of these tips man I’ve learned just by driving but man 3 weeks and switching through a lot of cars it’s gonna be fun trying to master this tbh. I understand how the car should work but muscle memory is a bitch sometimes
How to get this camera? ive been googling for 3 days and i cant find anything similar to this, my chase camera sticks on my car's ass, its not dynamic, i never see the side of my car, can anyone please advise? :(
Extra Tip: If you don't have a handbrake, map your guide button on your wheel base as the handbrake, I did it before I got one, check it out in this old video! ua-cam.com/video/0ZDlxV6wd_c/v-deo.html

I was left foot braking while racing , after watching this and having it all explained has made a massive difference instantly cheers
Crazy how detailed this video is. Honestly, I come back here every now and then just to sharpen my skills.
Whoever you are Ctoretto, you are a beast!
I've learned a lot with all your lesson. PART 4 PLEASE!
That was the best drifting tutorial ever! What a guy! So much info. Good work, you earned yourself a subscription.
I hope people actually realise this is also for real life too. Very useful information 💁♀️. Also iv been left foot braking on simulator for around a year and now naturally I do it while driving on the track. 😊. Ps love the vids
I dont have a steering wheel *yet* , but I find this video really interesting, so......
part 4?:3
From myself and everybody here Thanks for awesome tips. We need more people with these skills for longer trains🤙
For part 4 of the series "how to do 360" 🤣
Vil du være med på fortnite nå med Christian orhan berg okei
Your handbrake sounds like a gun barrel pull
Excellently well explained man, these series are satisfying to watch and helpfull
thank you for the sickk tutorials! after watching this i realized i was already doing the right things by instinct without actually knowing what i am doing... the best secret though remains practice practice practice!
you should become a rl drift teacher, with this information.... i would come if or when i could
You are absolutely amazing! The drifting, just amazing how you do that.
Finally, I’ve been needing a left foot brake tutorial
Thanks for much for this videos. I was using these tips for FH4 (since you said this works in other games) and finally, after like 3 years of trying, and on the eve of FH5, I was finally able to put down some drifts consistently for the first time today. I watched numerous videos on the topic, especially ones that showed how to drift with my wheel (G920), but it was really your emphasis on throttle control that finally put everything together...so thanks again!
I love your drifting man, you're sooo smooth! This tutorial was very nice btw
This video is very timely, I received my G29 today
I am rarely commenting, but you deserve a big bravo and a comment for the algorithm + a thumbs up. Was thinking you would never release the brake part and you proved me wrong.
🙌 Thanks man✌️
Great video, left foot braking for drifting is an art in itself!
Thanks man I always had that little confusion of why u use the brakes now it's clear
Peace.
You are right, I have a Thrustmaster TMX and it's very slow
I wonder how many people are watching this for real life drifting lessons.
Lmao me and it worked
Worked for me lol let’s go
Came here to watch how his wheel self steers, left with real life drifting tips
im so excited to start drifting after watching this. Im building a sim right now and cant stop thinking about it.
Brilliant tutorial from the cleanest e drifter if ever watched. Tyvm sir.
this dudes tutorials are insane my goodness how are you not at a mill yet
i used these vids for irl drifts and these techniques work flawlessly
I just wanna say thanks ctoretto ,after watching your videos I am drifting just like you ,I use to struggle a lot even at FHZ 5 ,but thanks to you I could definitely fix my 3 biggest mistakes #1 I was not kicking the clutch wen I was loosing power or transitioning #2 I was letting my wheel lock all the way to right or left and not returning it back on time so that was kicking me out of the track every time #3 I was not using enough gass and the tires were gripping way too much wich was also kicking me out of track… 🎉🎉🎉
And here I thought this was the first time I was going to hear your voice lol, great video man.
Bro you a legend in drift tutorials 😎

King of control, thanks alot bro 🏆
Dudde, I have learn a lot in your channel , thank you for this, is six moth a have study a lot with you, and now I cam drift a little, thanks man, I love you tips :)
I feel like covering tuning will be good for next episode and then we should move towards tricks like reverse entry’s.
Awesome, best drifting tutorial ever made! Waiting for the next one ☝🏽
sick video literally getting my first 'real' wheel since the microsoft 360 wheel, g920 with the shifter and ebrake mod, thank you for the content!

Your First 2 videos helped me massively getting started, thanks mate

Watched part 1 2 and 3, great tutorials! Very helpfull! I'm not gonna do the thing where you footbrake and throttle at the same time because i want to build good habits that translate into real life aswell, also saves money xD
You’re a 🌟! Thank you for all your tips!
I like how you explain everything i understand what u mean. Keep ur work up ;)

Your videos helped me a lot to get better at drifting, thank you so much! 🙏
Awesome!
Thank again for another amazing vid.
You have a great way of presenting/explaining that really teaches how to drift.
Thanks a lot... cause I really need the help. Hehe
We need a drift or die challange
Who agrees ?
Oh yes!!
100% Next Level Control
4:50 Oops u slide out there. np mate 😉
I learned drifting in 3 days thanks
damn, i tried it for 5 minutes and im 2x better now
Another thing if you can’t drift: it could possibly be your force feed back settings where you have the wheel too light to the point it has no response. In my opinion I like the wheel high on FFB(force feed back) which allows me to read the wheel easier.
Omg omg omg omg thanks ma dude love youuu hahahaha finally hyped
CT, thank you so much!
Good video ctoretto👍
Nice drift thank you for tutorial😊
these videos are insane glhf
This guy teaches so good
THANK YOU VERY2 MUCH CTORETTO. Your vids are all very inspiring.
Thanks for you tutorials ❤
Thanks bro you help me a lot to improve myself
Drift God 🔥
i also want that money sound when going into something, hilarious
i would love if you could come back to this one more time and make a part four where you speak about tandems, because i know im not alone when i say i find it pretty hard to follow someone elses line
How do I decrease my speed to get ready in tight turns??
foot brake is also good for maintaining distance while in tandems, otherwise keep up the great work
Please make part 4 on how to throttle control and counter steer correctly
I have that in part 1 man, link in description ✌️
oooh, i just had a great video idea, you should make a pov video with like a chest or headcounter go pro.
Very helpful thank you
Could you possibly do a vid on Differential tuning.?.?😁
Thanks for the tips bro🙏
there in his description
Next part is reverse entry and 360 entry?
You are a legend 🙌
this upload is so cool.. Thanks for sharing
i came here after 3 years to tell if you can make more parts about how to do each entries , like reverse entry , 360 entry and so on ... would be a good video ❤
Let's GOOOOO 😎🤙 cheers brotha. Just got finished with a first gen rx7 mod that's uses the beans86 handling with manual steering rack. Soooooo good. All I did was swap handling assets. Both mods are not mine so I can't distribute here.
Can't wait to test it 😉
I LOVE YOU CTorreto
Some of these tips man I’ve learned just by driving but man 3 weeks and switching through a lot of cars it’s gonna be fun trying to master this tbh. I understand how the car should work but muscle memory is a bitch sometimes
What should I have my brake bias on? front or rear?
Thank you for great video !
good vid bro!
drifting school we like :) perfecto
How to get this camera? ive been googling for 3 days and i cant find anything similar to this, my chase camera sticks on my car's ass, its not dynamic, i never see the side of my car, can anyone please advise? :(
hey. Can you tell me where you get that custom wheel?
You make this look easy
Wow this vid was posted on my birthday
If you combine hand and foorbrake while already Drifting on higher speeds you can drastically increase angle by a lot
