Have a friend try to maintain point blank distance driving regularly behind them! It will help the one drifting learn to trust the car behind aproaching for a tandem and adapt to the pressure, while the person behind can practice judging when to brake and how hard. Take turns and as you get comfortable start giving light nudges mid-drift! It's not a method for everyone as initiation can be irritating sometimes, but for some it's perfect to get started :) It can help get you past some of those mental barriers toxic lobbies in Forza put you in too lol.
I’ve been practicing each video a day, I’m on the second one. I was practicing throttle control and I was getting so frustrated because I couldn’t do what I wanted with different cars. I could only drift using momentum on one. Now this is all making sense, can’t wait to get good at these mechanics. Thank you soo much for the videos. You’re a great teacher!
Guys who are just starting out on Sim drifting and wheel in general! Be patient, dont stress out or get mad if you cant do it as CToretto showed here in these last two clips! You have to have loads of practice, get your seat time as much as possible and eventually you will get used to all this stuff. You will find your style and way of controlling the car and getting out of tight situations. For some it might take longer for some not so much, but the key here is PRACTICE. I would also suggest sticking to one car for practicing and learning as you will get more used to the engine performance and understeer/oversteer of it.
@@P1DZz the Logitech will work well for you. Just be wary of the ware and tear on the gears. They also can be a bit harder to tune / get it to feel right. Besides that you’ll be good.
your first guide is really what pushed me to actually learn what I'm doing and opened my eyes to a lot of options thanks so much for the work you do!!!
I did not know that we would be standing on the throttle this much. This whole time I've always been 'modulating' at around 20% - 50% throttle, great to see there's actually quite a bit of headroom with proper technique
Hi ctoreto, I just wanted to say thank you. Why ? Because of your video, today I can do drifting after learning a few months ago. I was very happy, because when I started learning drifting, I was pessimistic that I wouldn't be able to do it because it was very difficult. But because of your video, practice practice and practice is the key to success.
I don’t have a wheel or understood what clutch kicking meant and overall, didn’t know what the purpose for clutch was until this video. Thank you so much for this video man.
Well i Don't have a handbrake and was using the clutch pedal as a handbrake lol, now i use the paddle as the handbrake, but that's hard since it's on the wheel, I'll either buy a handbrake or a irl drift session, whichever comes first, since i want to drift irl in the end.
Very well explained, I have a feeling I'll be using your tutorials a lot, after I finish uploading videos of my sim setup. Can't wait to start and learn 🤙
super helpful video! i’m sure you get asked this a lot but is there a reason you don’t talk in your videos? the subtitles actually did a great job of describing everything but i’m just curious! you definitely earned a new subscription with this series
Your skills are amazing man and your technique is so smooth I’m just learning now but I feel irl is different from sim in a way I can’t explain I think it’s just the feel of sim or my settings still need adjustment but you have already helped me lots thank you and keep up the killa content and sends at 💯🤙🏻🔥
i have noticed using driffrent wheels can help, i used to have a g920 and i couldnt really drift on it but i recently t300 and its much better and its easier to drift
Only way I'll clutch kick is if I know I can't throw the car into the next transition fast enough so I'll tap the clutch while on the gas just to get that faster response
Dudes incredible 😍 hopefully with practice and the right ffb settings i can do this on my R12 and CRP pedal set i just got my R12 yesterday its got more than double what im used to with the R5 and G29 i came from i can certainly feel allit more detail because of the headroom i have with 12nm of torque its honestly perfect and feels so so close to the real thing Moza is killing it. My R5 would get hot 🔥 but the R12 staff cool no matter how hard i push it so far like ce that R12 and am glad i got it it pairs wonderfully with the CS wheel to
I don't know if anyone noticed this.. If u look close enough you can see like the bottom of his TV and on it it will show his in-game hands which means he is in first person but made it third person for us like if you agree
thanks for the help i really did learn how to 360 double drift tandem in 2 parts, even tho u did it in steps u expect me to sit here and get better watching sum dude with no life fukin quad drifting in a car thats not so ez to drift in. like i need to practice ya but im not gonna become jesus in 2 parts let alone in the time frame to still be watching u just show off. prolly just me caus i just woke up but atleast u put in the effort to put a video out for noobs like me.
imagine the reason he hasnt done a face reveal is because he is secretly Adam LZ
Good point 🤣

He liked your comment lol
@@mouhamedbiteye9152 oohhh yay thanks for telling me. The noti didn’t even pop up lol. Seriously thanks tho

@Dmetsys Thrustmaster* makes belt-driven wheels, he's using a thrustmaster base in this video.
@@woolmedley they way better than a logitec etc?
@@P1DZz any good belt driven wheel is 100x times better than a gear driven wheel. T300 rs gt over Logitech wheels.

I’m watching this at 1:30am and probably won’t remember any of this in the morning

Very usefully content, this is what exactly i’m looking for, keep it up bro.
You should try drifting in beamng again, it got a huge update on ffb, tyre physics and how the cars feel in general, should be way easier to drift now
Hey that sounds fun, I didn't know they had done such a big update! Thanks I'll check it out. Before drifting was so twitchy!
Nice video 🔥 That‘s gonna help a lot when my rig arrives in a few days👍🏼.
Another question: How did you get the flames to look that dope?
Awesome hope you have fun with it! In CSP setting in content manager, go to particle fx and then there's a tick box for "new flames"
