I have honestly watched literally hundreds of videos of truck camper build outs and I have not seen one nicer than yours. Well thought out, extremely organized and extremely functional. Well done! Very well done indeed...
Thank you so much!! I really appreciate it!
Agreed
I'd like to second that, great video. 😳
@SheldonD7878 thank you!
I forgot I was watching camp stuff. Your organization is impeccable brother. Your quite the American.
Thank you very much!
All I can say is WOW! Your setup is by far the most well thought out and organized over landing rig I have ever seen! Great job. And NOBODY will mess with you with all that personal protection!
Thanks man! I really appreciate it 🙌🏼
This is the coolest compact setup I have seen!
Well done brother
Thank you so much brother! 🙌🏼
Incredible setup sir. Safe travels.
Thank you Sir!
You have the best most well though out camper set up I have seen. All of that in a 5" bed is amazing, amazing.
Thank you very much! I appreciate it
After watching this whole video it made me wonder if I've ever even watched an entire camper tour before. This was so well done that I only want to stay up to date with YOUR videos now 😂. A true standard has been implemented in my mind, bravo sir
😂😂😂 thank you so much!! I really appreciate it 🙌🏼
Tell me you’re American without telling me you’re American. Great build and well laid out
Hell yeah 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸. And thank you!!!
I don't think I've ever seen such a great set up as yours. I too have the 5' Tacoma bed.
Seriously this is very inspirational. Thank you for sharing this.
Thanks you so much! Glad you liked it.,
WOW! What an amazing rig you have made. Thank you for sharing it with us.
Thank you very much! I appreciate it
Wow, thank you. This is exactly what I was looking for for my 5' bed. What an amazing job setting this up!
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it.
Best Tacoma camping setup I’ve seen so far!!
Thank you very much!!
Great setup! I'll take a lot of ideas from you. I do really like your water system, the fact that you can fill it from outside and take a shower, is BRILLIANT! However, I would use the13gals for everything. Overall very nice!
Thank you so much! Yes I use to have 2 water ports before. (The 3.8 gallon and the 8 gallon weekender) but this is much much better in my opinion.
Love the interior build! Did you fabricate it yourself or is it available for purchase? You have giving me a lot of inspiration for my build! Thanks!
Thanks bro! I’ve designed everything myself. I’ll probably do a video with a link to all the stuff in there later.
New sub here🙋🙋🙋Love ur camping truck set up,hoping to have like this soonest...Keep safe, Happy travels & Godbless u more🙏🙏🙏
This is absolutely genius!
Thank you! I appreciate it!
Nice, set up. Keep up the good work.
Thank you very much!
I don’t always comment, but when I do. It’s because you did an amazing job. Soo inspiring. Looking forward to more videos. 🙏
Thanks you very much! I really really appreciate it!!🙏🏻
I was like ok this is a pretty impressive setup…then you lifted up the flag and went full John wick lol probably the most impressive setup I’ve seen. Well done
Thank you Sir! I appreciate it. Yes it’s my most favorite part of my build 😅😅
Your video style is so refreshing, I appreciate not feeling like I'm watching an infomercial with sponsorhip adds like all the youtubers. I also appreciate your peraonal customization, the platform lift is exactly what I was looking for. Great video, I'm now a subscriber!
Thank you so much Mark! I really appreciate it.
Well done. So many good ideas. Do you have a link to the stairs that are connected to the tail gate? Thanks for producing such good content.
@@tz55lj Thank you very much! Yes here is the link: www.amazon.com/dp/B00180UVGO/ref=cm_sw_r_as_gl_api_gl_i_62GW0W7BCAE1XBG643E1?linkCode=ml2&tag=noroadnoprobl-20
Thank you
Great video and build out. I just ordered the Topo Badlander and asked them to make the bed panels into one!! Thanks for the idea!!
Thank you very much! Best of luck with your new Topo. Enjoy!
That is absolutely the best camper build out ive ever seen. Kudos to you man!
Thanks man! I appreciate it!
Outstanding build man. This definitely needs more views. Great use of space and creativity!
Thank you so much!! I really appreciate it!
Your setup is amazing. If someone is 5'10" tall do you think they'd have enough headroom everywhere except close to the sink?
@@jasonoberfest7485 thank you very much! I think so. Because I’m 5’ 9” and it’s just fine
Remarkable rig, man! I was really following Topo Toppers and super pacific for the last 6 months. I was so close to pulling the trigger for Topo, but as we were going back to the parking lot my wife saw Pack Out Campers booth. The wife was sold to gas strut-assisted floors and bike mounts and wide windows all around. I'm so glad we went PNW overland expo. Picking up our camper next month.
Thanks!!! Oh that’s cool. I went with topo since they are an hour away from my house so it was very convenient. Enjoy your camper. Safe travel 🙌🏼
I will consider your video when I am building my set up
Everyone should have a weapon that uses 5.56!
Yup
Damn bro, where do you camp to have the need for all those weapons?
Always in the middle of nowhere…
Great job. I was debating which camper to get but I didn't like moving all those panels around. Your idea of having them make one panel sold me on Topo topper. My question is did you hinge the panel or does it flip up and just stay in place.
Thank you! I hinge

Sheez 😮 are you camping or off to Ukraine? 😂
LMAOO 🤣🤣🤣
Just perfect , I hope you don't mind me stealing few ideas for my 1st Jen titan pro-4X, excellent job !!!
Thank you very much man! Of course not. Please go ahead and steal all you want 😂😂
Amazing build. The link you have for the cabinet doesn’t seem to be right. Would you mind updating it? Would love a similar setup in mine. Curious as to how you’re securing it to the truck. You’re using a computer cabinet right?
Thank you! i checked the link. That’s the right one. You can watch this video: ua-cam.com/video/8zXFkawLylc/v-deo.htmlsi=ZDuaFkovpW9cNw3v I explain the details in this video
This is such a smart and well thought out build! The one piece bed panel that you lift up is such a simple yet clever idea. Well done!
Thank you very much!!
Glad your video popped up in my queue. The layout looks amazing, fully functional and still plenty of room in a 5ft bed!!!
Thank you!! Yes 3 people can sit easily in the bottom section.
I must be missing something, what’s the rush ? We go camping to relax and enjoy the surroundings and our equipment. So let’s just say it takes 5 min, or 20 min, or 1 hr to setup, so what, that’s part of the enjoyment and experience of camping, do you really have a higher level of relaxation if you can sit in your camp chair 10 minutes sooner ? Does the first camper in a group to be “setup “ win ?
It really depends on how often you go camping. If it’s just a couple of times or a few times a year, you can take your time setting up camp. But if you’re going every week like me, trust me, even 5 minutes counts.
If you don't mind me asking what's the total build out cost minus your personal effects and personal choices in personal protection but that's different for everyone. I have a Toyota and this looks like the PERFECT setup!!!!!
Thank you! To be honest I don’t have the breakdown of the cost. I’m trying not to cry every time I’m camping by remembering how much money I spent on it 😅😅
Great build. I have one question. Being an old IT and Music guy, I love that you used rack mount drawers. Never thought of that. Can you share the manufacture and size of the rack itself. If it was a wall mount, did you tie into the truck, if it was a four post box, how did you secure it. GREAT IDEA.
Thank you very much! In this video I explain everything. The links to the drawers should be in the description of both videos. A Detailed Look Into My Camper Build
ua-cam.com/video/8zXFkawLylc/v-deo.html
Best organized topper camper I've ever seen. Bravo!
Have you weighed the truck fully outfitted and ready to go camping? I'm curious what it all weighs; as I;m designing a camper also.
Thank you very much! No I haven’t yet! I’m curious too but I’m assuming close to 7000 pounds.
What is the name of your ladder? Maybe do a video on that? And,…. still one of the best setups I’ve seen yet. Thanks for posting! 🇺🇸🫡
Thank you very much! Here is the link for the ladder; www.amazon.com/dp/B00180UVGO/ref=cm_sw_r_as_gl_api_gl_i_HFPD72796Z3PVN569RW1?linkCode=ml2&tag=noroadnoprobl-20
Pretty amazing man would love to have that set up. Just curious as I'm just learning about overlanding. Is there a reason why many choose the rooftop tents over a slide in type camper which many already have the things you need? I'm just researching and looking into getting something going for myself and my wife to take few day to possibly weeklong trips. We have and live in an rv already for 10 years but want to start overlanding and start another setup for shorter trips. Again, great set up man. Really impressive.
Thanks man! So here is my opinion: slide in campers are much much heavier and top heavy so they aren’t ideal if you want to do extreme offroading. Of course my set up doesn’t have the same comfort level as the slide in camper but I can explore more places with this setup. So that’s the main reason I went with wedge style camper.
What a fantastic camper build out. I have a 5 ft bed and youve given me ideas and inspiration. Question, how well does it camp with 2 people, e.g. with your spouse or girlfriend? Im wrestling with balancing interior and exterior living space with an eye towards traveling as a couple.
Thank you so much! This set up can easily accommodate 2 people.
Man, that is really well thought out and executed. Great job! I'm curious how much that weighs fully loaded for a three day trip?
Thanks Man! I know the camper alone is 250 pounds but honestly I’m not sure about the rest.
Thanks for sharing! Totally inspired to do our own truck cap build!
You are very welcome 😊
Thank you for mentioning, and showing the firearms you take with you. Love your setup!
Thank you very much!!
One of the best truck setups I’ve seen. Awesome video. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you very much. I really appreciate it.
Love your video Man. If you had the opportunity to use a 6ft tacoma instead of a 5ft would you change it? Thanks!
Thank you! If it was only for normal overlanding and doing a lot of off-roading then probably yes. But for off-roading shorter wheelbase performs better.
Outstanding build ! Thanks for sharing, you have some great ideas
Thank you! And you are very welcome!!
Great video, such an organized set up. Have you weighed your rig fully loaded? Cheers
Thank you very much! No I haven’t but I’m guessing it’s in high 6000 pounds based on my previous setup
Awesome setup. Your bed platform. How big is it? I do like the idea of 1PC
Thank you! The sleeping area is 80x48 inches
Great Build! the thought put into your build is inspiring. Keep making videos love the content.
Thank you so much Sir! Will do. I’m uploading a video every weekend
That's one of the nicest set ups I've seen. What is the total load weight with all the gear and topper? If you dont mind what was the appropriate total cost? Thanks
Thank you very much!! To be honest I’m not sure about the numbers. The camper alone is 275 pounds. I’m assuming I have couple hundred pounds of gears in there. As far as the cost: again the camper alone is $8000 and I think I spent around $5000 in there to make it the way it is now.
Great build! What tailgate ladder are you using?
Thank you! Here is the link: www.amazon.com/dp/B00180UVGO/ref=cm_sw_r_as_gl_api_gl_i_1DSQT6N1V3TQBRH1BQ7S?linkCode=ml2&tag=noroadnoprobl-20
Very nice. I looked at your drawer link. How did you add them since it looks like they don't come with slides.
Thank you!! Check out this video: ua-cam.com/video/8zXFkawLylc/v-deo.htmlsi=HGelaTf3m3WtpzB5
I love how easy it is to put your bed up and down as needed! Great choice for a solid platform!
Thank you so much!!
I was thinking the same. This is the first video I've watched with that type of pop up top. Makes more sense to just lift the whole thing out of the way.
I'm from Santa Barbara and Topo Toppers is 30 minutes away. I'm sold on it now. I was saying to myself that I would have my shotgun with a variety of shells and boom you had it. Perfect 👌.
Haha oh that’s awesome. They are amazing people and their customer service is amazing as well. Best of luck with your future Topo Toppers 👍🏼
What a great video and build. Thanks for sharing this video and also for listing where you purchased all of your gear. That is very helpful for an old - newbie. 😉 I need a rig to take to the car races and all tracks want self contained vehicles so I'll have to work on an indoor shower set up but I'll be rewatching your video for reference. 👍
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it. I’m glad it was helpful. 😊
how much “do you have”?…. Asking for a shy friend.
😂😂😂😂 if I say I really don’t know I’m not lying
Great rig. Only suggestion it to get an exterior bracket for the LP tank and get it away from electrical and outside your living space.
Thanks for the suggestion. Yes I know I’m actually going to put solar panels on the top of the camper to charge the battery so I’ll get rid of the power inverter.
Might be the best setup on the internet’s! Impressed!!
Thank you Sir!
I love the practical approach to your set up. Plus how you actually have protection. I follow a lot of overlanders that go to some beautiful places but none ever have protection which makes no sense to me. Love the set up btw
Thank you very much!!! Yes protection is very important when you’re all alone in the middle of nowhere…
Dang! This a next level impressive!
Thank you very much. I really appreciate it.
Awesome setup. Probably cost alot.
Thank you!!! Yes don’t remind me please! You’ll make me cry 😭😅😅
cool set up but i'd need a maxx fan for air circulation.
Thanks! It’s in the bucket list lol
Awesome setup!Love THE FLAG and what she hides. Superb!
Thank you so much! That’s my most favorite part too lol
I'm floored, what an amazing setup!
Thanks Patrick!!
Wish I could like this video twice! 🤙🏼
You made my day. Thank you 🙌🏼
Looks like you thought of everything man! Love the flag cabinet! Fully loaded! Well done sir!
Thank you Sir! I appreciate it 🙌🏼
So many good ideas, well done 👌🏼👌🏼
Thank you very much!!
Do you get a lot of dust inside the bed of the truck?
I get some. But not a lot. It’s coming in from the side of the tailgate. It has nothing to do with the camper. I need to add some of those rubbers to close the gap.
I’ve watched so many of these videos from other people, I just didn’t expect much. But you took the Topo Topper - a good platform - and really made it your own. The bed folding up is a must. The first aid drawer is well stocked. Like that. You’ve crammed a lot into a small space & made it work for you, which is key. And your armory…very nice. I was slightly expecting something based on the American flag box…I knew something was coming. But not to that degree. Awesome! The emergency bug out bag is important. Do you have some rations/first aid in that as well? Great job. I’m originally from Santa Barbara, so not surprised good stuff is coming from the SB/Ventura area. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Thank you so much! I really appreciate your comment. Yes I do have a first a kit in the bug out bag and another one in my truck as well. But those two aren’t as complete as the one in the drawer.
You've done a great job with your camp setup. Some good ideas.
Thank you Sir! I appreciate it.
pls do a rifle review, i don't see tan on keltec site
I will for sure in the future videos. I believe they don’t make the Tan version anymore.
Hello Gagik, i am a retired military Veteran and i am looking into doing this more and more. I have a 2015 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro with a suspension upgrade and towing package also with a 4 inch lift and 33 inch tires. I guess my question to you is that being on a limited budget how could i go about starting a build out like yours? Thank you and i love your rig!
First of all thank you so much for your service. It’s because of people like you that we live in this beautiful country free and save. May God bless you Sir 🙏🏻. As far as the inside built, I would say the only experience part is the drawers which are about $90 each which since they are steel and aluminum but you can basically use any wooden drawers and the cost will be way more cheaper. The cabinet where I keep my food and other stuff is pretty inexpensive. I have all the links to the items in the description.
@@NoRoadNoProblemAdventures thank you sir, God bless
Great job on your setup. Very thought out. One of the nicest I’ve seen in a topper.
Thank you very much! I really appreciate it!
wow! how much weight is your set up?
The camper alone is 250 pounds but I don’t know how heavy is the full set up.
👍 very good set up like
Thank you very much!

Love the setup. I'm in Ontario, hope to see you in the trails someday in big bear. Can you tell me more about your step ladder? I wonder if it'll reach the floor on my Power Wagon on 37s.
Thank you!! I was in Big Bear last weekend actually. As far as the ladder i think it will reach the floor but not sure. Here is the link: amzn.to/3t4L2jB
Nice build, I’ve been thinking about doing a similar set up in my Dodge Ram with Topo Toppers Badlander.
What server rack did you buy to mount your drawers or did you mount them to a wooden frame?
Thanks bro! It’ll look even better on a ram because it has larger bed. I mount them on a wood. The links are in the description
You have set the bar high with this great video of your truck & topper. Topper link please 🙏. God Bless America 🇺🇸
Thank you do much!! Their instagram page is @topotoppers
You might be the best armed overlander I've seen. I thought I carried some firepower but nothing close to yours. Well played sir.
😅😅 thank you so much!!
Nice setup! What fold down ladder do you have…Connected to tailgate? Cheers

I don't mind touring my Rig but i would never show firearms and locations to the public. Very nice Rig and video btw.
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it! I kept the balance so I didn’t show all of my firearms…
I can only mirror what others have said. I don't think I have ever seen such a well thought, detailed, yet compact build out for a topper. One question, how do you like the tailgate ladder. I have struggled with a solution and considered those in the past. Would love to hear how it works when packing it up, unfolding it and how easy it is to use without any handrail. Thanks again for your contribution, Bill PS What brand ladder?
Thank you so much! Honestly the ladder is awesome. It’s a most have in my opinion. Very sturdy, lightweight and compact. Here is the link: www.amazon.com/dp/B00180UVGO/ref=cm_sw_r_as_gl_api_gl_i_DM23D0GA5GJRKAGX3JFB?linkCode=ml2&tag=noroadnoprobl-20
Wow, what a great build out. You have a well built and thought out camper. Thanks for sharing and showing us how it is done. You have built your bug out vehicle right here. Nice, so nice. Much respect sir.
Thank you very much! I really appreciate it! 🙏🏻
From Canada. God Bless America I wish we could protect ourselves as you folks can. We have to break the law to save ourselves from harm.
Yeah I know. I never would want to live in Canada although it’s beautiful.
US flag box was the best part, the organization of that shotty with the shells and the knife mmmm mmmm
@@pecosR0B Thank you!! Yes that’s my favorite part too!

I really appreciate all your effort and great explanation. Awesome set up and very informative. Well done video.
Thank you very much. I really appreciate your feedback.
Well Done Sir. !!
Thank you very much!!
how much does a setup like this cost? This is a very well thought out setup and id love to replicate something like this. I'm sure it would take time to gather the things but im curious what to expect for overall cost estimates. thanks
Thank you!! Honestly I don’t have a total cost. The camper alone is about 8K and I probably spent another 5K for the stuff in there.
Really nice setup, well done. Wish somehow the top of the camper door and tent swung out instead of just lifting up though, would keep you from having to duck under. A minor thing but my first thought when you opened it.
Good idea! But I don’t think that’s possible since they are 2 separate pieces.
You have a really nice and well thought out set-up. I appreciate the fact that you pay attention to and show us your personal safety measures. Thanks for the video.
Thanks and you are very welcome!
I really like the use of place , can you add links to things you bought of Amazon or market place , would helps me or some other as well 😊✌🏽
