No I’m sorry I did not do a follow video on this problem. I really wish I would’ve. I guarantee you I would’ve got hundreds of thousands of views my father-in-law took it to the dealership they replaced the starter and of course that wasn’t a problem because starting it was not the problem…. It was probably the ground circuit from the relay would be my guess.
For anyone watching. You can literally take that wire connector and touch it directly to the positive post and it won't hurt the wire harness. I work strictly on fords and have done that ever since the 6.0 Powerstrokes came out.
@@sharpcarco uh... No... You can literally take that wire and touch it directly to the positive post nut that the alternator wire is attached to. With out the use of a "jumper wire"
Thank you!! I was able to move my truck to a better location to look at it but the transmission would not shift up to a higher gear, I check my relays and fuses, everything checked out fine, I tried about everything I could think of, my truck has a tuner and was on street tune, never had an issue on it, so I decided to install my race tune, once completed the truck started up with the ignition and shifted beautiful, I hope this helps some of you
The issue is one of the sensors on the exhaust pipe if it was deleted they only get 3 starts the fix for deleting is kind of unknown I found that 500-700 ohm resistors will make it crank between the sensor harness terminals or if the sensor is bad period it won't start but only 3 times after the failure

The immobilizer re-learns the key. It’s a correct procedure when you reconnect battery or use a key you haven’t used for a long time etc.
😊
Hey I just had this happen to my 09 f250 and now that I get it started with the positive wire through the security wire it’s like it puts the truck in a limp mode it doesn’t like shifting and revs out super high almost sounds like the intercooler is sucking air or the fan is going crazy idk any help would be great thank you
Did you find out what the problem was? Im struggling with the same as you right now
Ever find a fix? This happened to me today.
Any of you figure this out, I have the same thing happening. Was the TCS light also on for you guys?
What if you have tried your solution and it still doesn't crank.
Well you need to make sure that you’re getting signal down to the starter
More than likely you need a new starter
@@sharpcarco I have replaced it twice. On contact it blew the nose cone off the back. Do you think an upgrade to a 6.4 starter would do the trick. Or would you recommend a high torque
Sorry Eugene I’m not very experienced with them things so my recommendations would just be guesses, You don’t always get what you pay for so spending a couple hundred extra dollars on a starter is probably not necessary but if you do get a high torque starter it should last a lot longer
Uuuu muy F450 no electric in front panel. Maybe problems wi computer
Just save a towing
How did you fix it
What was the problem
