3 ingredient lock down Chocolate Cake ( use a 7 inch pan ):
- 350 gr Chocolate Cookies ( 3 cups, measure the cookies once crushed into a fine powder )
- 370 gr Milk (1 1/2 cup)
- 2 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
PLEASE READ : The flavor of your cake will depend on what cookies you choose to use! For more Chocolate flavor you can add:
- Nutella
- Chocolate Chips
- Additional Cocoa Powder

I just made this cake and it turned out amazing. It was super spongy and tasted so good. It takes me only 15 mins for the whole process (from breaking the biscuits , mixing it with warm milk and baking powder to baking it ) . I don't have oven so I baked in a preheated pan on gas oven. Still turned out amazing. Thanks for this amazing easy recipe.

This cake is absolutely amazing. Instead of Nutella, I blended the left over cream from Oreos with a tiny bit of milk to use as a frosting. My new favorite cake by far!!

Here is my idea of how to do this:
Take some Oreos and scoop out the filling and save it for later. Use the Oreo cookies an use them as the cookies in the recipe. Then, once the cake is done, mix the Oreo filling with a little milk while you are waiting for the cake to cool. Once it is cool, use the filling mixture as frosting and BOOM you got an Oreo cake!
The only problem is that I don't have Oreo cookies in my house!🤣🤣
I was gonna do this with bourbon biscuits (it also has chocolate filling just like Oreo n it's super delicious)
But then....I realized that I don't have any baking powder 😅😅
Sameeeee. I do the same thing with mug cakes and instead of using the cholcolate filling as the frosting I put it in the batter right before mircowaving it. So it's basically chocolate lava mug cake and its delicious.

I used three and a half pack of unibic chocolate cookie and baking soda 1 TSP and one cup plus a little more of milk. The cake didn't cook in 15 mins . I have been baking in bursts of 5 mins . The middle is still jiggly

I've never heard Nutella enunciated like that before. Might give this a go with bourbon biscuits as some varieties are dairy-free, I'll scrape out the middle though and maybe find a way to spred that on top.

yeah but this isnt a list of "things not in this cake", just a "list of things you WONT NEED in order to make it". and in that regard you really dont need flour nor eggs. "ah but those things are already in the cookies", yeah, its the whole point of minimalist recipes like this. use something that already contains what you need, so you can substitute them.
