Interesting! I found that parkour gave me the confidence to be able to start something new without worrying about what people think. I obviously started with those sceptical thoughts in my head, but once I realised I had finally found something I really love doing, I didn't ever worry about an outsiders perspective ever again.
Cheers Nathan! That is so true I feel similar, parkour definitely makes me comfortable doing things I'd never have done before, gonna talk about it in detail in a vid soon 😊 your attitude is so good and shows in how fast you progress man.
I enjoyed it Angus. Not everyone enjoys the fast-paced, inaccessible nature of most parkour videos. I like your slow paced, chilled vibe - and I'm really keen to hear your thoughts about all aspects. I know almost nothing about the subject, but I guess there is going to be commonality between parkour and many other aspects of life. I can't wait to learn - and I really appreciate you having the courage to put yourself out there. More power to you mate.
@@AngusUren For starters, there's a bunch of stuff I want to be able to do in natural settings, but that opens me up to training in public. Shadow boxing, yoga, calisthenics...etc. I'm super keen to hear your thoughts on how to train in the public eye.
