(CTI Rebrand) FS Thunderbolt 1000AT | 1 Min. Alert | Taylor Ferry, Oklahoma | 9/28/24

- At 12:00:06 the District of Taylor Ferry conducted a weekly test of their Outdoor Warning Sirens on Saturday, September 28th, 2024, the test consisted of about a 1 minute Alert.
I finally made my way out here for this. Was not disappointed at all. The district recently installed 3 new 2001s so they now have 5 sirens; this Thunderbolt and 4 2001-130s. You can hear a 2001 to the east winding-down at the end. This Thunderbolt is also one of those CTI Rebranded ones, although the CTI logo has almost completely faded so you can’t really see it

Oh, so it _is_ a CTI rebrand! Nice find!
Glad to have you out hopefully you can make it out at some point for our wail test
@@malakiwood92 Oh that would be cool. When do y’all do the wail test?
It just depends on how sets them off
@@malakiwood92 Oh ok. Wasn’t sure if it was alternated between steady and wail every week or if wail was done once a month
This is sum classical thunderbolt
That's cool!
ah yes, a thunderbolt that was kidnapped and rebranded to CTi.
No way!!!
Were the CTI rebranded ones still marketed as Thunderbolts? This is pretty cool to see because I have a feeling that there are probably very few rebranded Thunderbolts. This is the only rebranded Thunderbolt I'm aware of and it makes me wonder if any other companies rebranded them. I would have guessed Darley would have been the one to rebranded them.
@@J19_vlogger74 I really don’t have much of an idea about that. I’ve never looked much into rebranded sirens. So I’m not sure what CTI marketed Thunderbolt as. I do know Darley rebranded a bunch of ACA sirens. There’s only a handful of CTI rebranded Thunderbolts and they’re all in Oklahoma I believe
@@AWT5020 Thanks for the info.
@@J19_vlogger74 You’re welcome!
What’s your favorite Thunderbolt blower-chopper-port ratio? My personal favorite is 6M-Level 6-5/6 port
@@SilverThunder710 I’m really not sure honestly. 5/6 port for sure, and up close 6Ms sound the best. Chopper Level would be hard to pick since I like them all
When was the first federal signal 2001 installed at Taylor Ferry? Where in Taylor’s ferry was it installed at?
It was this one (35.9479048, -95.2838331)
I’m not entirely sure when it was installed but not long ago. Either late last year or early this year
It was back in march or April
@@malakiwood92 Of last year or of this year?
@@jonathanboyd9644 This year
When recently were the other 3 federal signal 2001 sirens installed?
@@jonathanboyd9644 June/July
Where is the green siren I see on the map located?
That would be the green Modulator 6024B near Fallis, OK. It’s activated by Oklahoma City. (35.7219233, -97.1355611)
