my new apartment bedroom decor is sending me over the moon. it finally feels like such a joy to wake up in a space that I am so thoughtfully and intentionally curating for myself. sticking with my theme of neutral, cozy and airy with some slight contrast. huge thank you to Sylvine of @SMARDART for gifting me all these beautiful Black art pieces to live in my space. links to all of my bedroom decor and more below.
also, i am SO proud of myself for showing up to pilates and on that reformer every 👏🏾 single 👏🏾 day 👏🏾 this week!! it just feels really good to have found somewhat of a hobby and fitness routine that feels really good to me. because i genuinely enjoy it, it's actually incredibly easy for me to incorporate that movement into my everyday life. i encourage you to find that one thing that you enjoy that allows you to move your body and keep showing up to that.

This so crazy I literally just found out about smard art a couple days ago. And ordered two pieces for my living room. I had in my cart the matcha lover cause I love matcha too boo and thought the pic looked similar to me. I just love how soothing your content is. I always make sure that I'm comfy and relaxed when I watch your vlogs 🤎🤎 Also sis, I saw at one part where you said your skin is constantly breaking out. I don't wanna be that "lemme give you advice" girl lol but I struggled with mild acne for yrs, and I'd suggest you try to ditch the sink water and wash your face with bottled water or get a really good filter. The amount of metals and chemicals in tap water is crazy...i stopped using sink water over a yr ago & never looked back. It changed my skin tremendously! I buy the spring water from whole foods ( the 2.5 gallon ones with the spout that you can put on your sink and it makes it easy to dispense the water). Once it's done, you can get the regular gallon ones and refill the 2.5 gallon one. Then just replace it each week. Or get you a glass container with a spout that you can put on your sink and fill it up with bottled spring water. It's worth the investment, give it a try 🤎🤎

I really appreciate your content & I'm glad you changed your captions from white to yellow. I've been watching ever since I first found you some months back. I do realize you don't do voice overs etc. But I find it hard to read all of those captions while watching your content. I'm the type of person where if I want to read a book order crossword puzzle I'll read a book or do a crossword puzzle! However, if I'm watching something or watching a movie. I want to be able to watch it & enjoy it. Some movies with subtitles I will watch but I'll make sure the language where I can understand so I'm not forced to actually watch the captions at the bottom. I watch & support you, butt lately what I've been doing is just watching your videos. If there is something that's in the subtitles honestly if it was important I totally would miss it. It's too many for me to keep up with. Also would be trying to read the caption I can't even visually see your actual content IJS.
