- Hello everyone,
I had to re-upload this video again because in the previous version, there was some audio noise due to the Logic conversion from 48 to 44 kHz, in fact, some listeners informed me with a comment, so I decided to rework the video leaving an original clean sound of this fabulous sampled library.
For this video I chose the famous jazz standard "Body and Soul", this is because I discovered the piano plugin "Spotlight Piano" by Fracture Sounds, which I really liked for its adjustable beautiful resonance, and also for the tone of the sound of every single key.
In my case, I find this plugin piano perfectly suitable for jazz ballads, because it has very high dynamics but at the same time remains balanced and soft, and of course also for the fabulous harmonious resonance, as I used it in the video with the original "Balanced" preset ", in any case, the resonance can be adjusted as desired, in fact for a ballad with a jazz trio or more... I would decrease the resonance so as not to invade the other instruments, but in the case of a soloist then I would leave it as it is. I hope you enjoy it.

Si, il rumore si sentiva probabilmente solo con dei studio monitors di alta qualita', infatti anche io a priori non lo avevo notato...appunto perché il primo video l'avevo mixato con dei piccoli desktop monitors che purtroppo particolari frequenze on sono disponibili...mah cmq adesso e' clean! 🙂

Grazie a te per avermi informato, anche se in realtà non era colpa della library, ma solo un problema che durante la conversione (khz) ha creato quella specie di click...il fatto e' che poi qui su UA-cam io non notavo il click perché per fare i video uso dei semplici monitor desktop che purtroppo a volte ingannano perché su particolari frequenze non ti fanno sentire rumori tipo distorsioni, click ...cmq dopo il tuo commento e di un altro utente... sono poi ritornato in studio e ho rifatto un nuova analisi alla library suonando "live" (ma con i JBL 308P MKII) e niente, la library era perfetta, clean...ho pensato strano...poi ho fatto un nuovo test collegando i JBL qui per UA-cam e ho notato il problema...eh si, dovrò cambiare quei piccoli desktop monitor al più presto...e la seconda volta che m'ingannano...
@@AlfonsoGugliucci di nulla, Alfonso; si, in effetti alcuni monitor ingannano, personalmente tendo spesso a fare dei check anche in cuffia, giusto per essere ulteriormente sicuro... comunque grande interpretazione e bellissimo timbro dello Steinway di questa libreria, non so come sia come tocco e feeling mentre la si suoni, ma per il tuo "stile" (parola molto riduttiva) elegante e mai fragoroso sembra ci stia a pennello.

Cmq riguardo alle cuffie... si certo, sono fondamentali per avere un chiaro controllo, io uso le AKG K-712 Pro, dove non scappa una virgola...ma le uso solo per la produzione...cmq questa library, come ti dicevo... non ha nessun problema di "Attack", ma era, come diceva Pino Daniele "Tutta 'nata storia"
