To give the atmosphere of a modern film Noire. With hints of the suspense type cues that were in Leon and GoldenEye.
Everything that made the aforementioned films Awesome, is what COULD have potentially been for Max Payne. At least that's how I see it.
The fact that an enemy needs 1,000 shots to die 😂
Beautiful asz gameplay! I mean...beautiful! This game is in my Top 5. This is being played on the D.O.A. mode too?? Yaaa! Long story, lol, short, I first played this game around 15 years old (2005). Do you all remember the Xbox monthly magazine subscription demos? I played Max Payne 1 for the first time on that demo on my 1st Xbox: The Subway Level os. The first level! Sad to say I lost my Xbox because of Hurricane Katrina. Then, I tried playing Max Payne on the PC, but the gameplay was laggy. Now I am a 31 year old man, I am proud to say that I can now play Max Payne 1 on the PS4! This game will always hold a special place in my heart! One of the best games ever!
Solid lockdown content my dude
1:24:39 how I fight in my dreams! (I legit had no idea this worked!)
A clever idea without using cheats. 😅
4:28 I thought afterwards, you would have stopped , just to take a look at the baby scene
Congrats, GTASeriesVideos! A great job, and very well done.
Is a let's play, of this kind, planned for Max Payne 2's anniversary? I mean on Dead Arrival too, in 4K resolution.
Would be damn great
After playing three Max Payne series, I realized there's no a happy ending at all. Kinda sad and tragic fate of Max, losing his loved ones.
Max did get a happy ending after 3.
@@abramsullivan7764 a happy one but not a deserved one
Thug 1: “ I thought you suppose to bring it?! 🤨”
Thug 2: “ yea right 😒”

If you from 1989 and played this game as a kid, you got traumatized…my favorite game for all eternity.
Love this game
I can only imagine. I was born in 86 and it traumatized me as well.
Would love to see Rockstar give this and Max Payne 2 a remake with Max Payne 3 gameplay mechanics, but of course keep the original voice actors and the iconic graphic novel cutscenes.
max voice are not the same voice actor
I CANT WAIT FOR MAX PAYNE REMAKE IT IS GOING TO BE A MASTERPIECE
In 2024 Who Still plays Max payne
I just had a Sam Lake marathon done this year, actually. Plus Max Payne 3 just to play all the Payne games…and also it’s my favorite of the trilogy.
@@supermariofan03it's very nice

i just finished playing it on my phone since unfortunately i dont own any pc and the game was a 10 indeed and also thanks for the full game walkthrough 👍
I remember finishing this masterpiece on ipad 2 back in 2012 it was amazing at 60 fps. Current ipad pro should be able to handle not just max payne 2 but also max payne 3 but Rockstar too busy milking online games
I like how part 3 just straight up breaks the 4th wall. 2:06:15
When GTA 5 Online and Red Dead Redemption 2 online isn't making new content.
Why not play the older games instead.
