- Transcon Triumph Tower 4, in Andheri West near Link Road and Veera Desaid Road, is promoted by Transcon Triumph Phase 2 Private Limited, is currently being actively marketed. It is being sold in ways that makes it difficult to distinguish from Transcon Triumph Towers 3 and 2.
A big danger for flat buyers is that all these projects have 20 or more cases against them in Bombay High Court, Civil Court, SRA, Apex committee, Land Records department and other forums.
Another big risk factor is that that the projects are heavily hypothecated and mortgaged, including English Mortgage, wherein a lender may sell the property without even going to court.
