Awesome place overall, few drawbacks: slums in the view of the sea which may be redeveloped into another highrise and puff the sea view is gone, eagles flying right into your house, blaring loudspeakers from adjacent mosque, 24 hours traffic pee-pee. Would skip for a small but quieter place if spending 20cr!
