2015 Sonata muffler and resonator delete before and after

Before and after with deleting both mufflers and the resonator. Aka catback straight pipe. I have an injen intake in the before video. Thats all. Hope this helps to show people more on Sonata LF mods.

This is the sport 2.0T. Yours would sound different since your engine is different

Alec Albert theres a little bit of drone its not bad though. Im more finding my transmission not wanting to shift if im in sport mode and it drones alot so then i just shift up.

Not exactly... I believe you are getting a few things mixed up. You would need to have either piping and or mufflers installed once you’ve removed the stock components to maintain good exhaust flow and to create a small amount of back pressure which is needed in these turbo 2 liters. Secondly most any modern car will have a rev limiter programmed or installed to safeguard the engine from factory, what you appear to be thinking of is “anti-lag” or air-fuel retardation tuning in terms of the “pops” you hear.
