How good are Mejai's Soulstealer and Dark Seal? - League of Legends Season 8

Some guy was talking about how Mejai's wasn't much of a risk in the KatarinaMains subreddit because of the big payoff. At worse you're just down the 40 ap you paid for right? Well in this video I take a closer look at the numbers, just to see how valid that argument is.

Wow, dude, that's really some great tips you're giving in your videos (I just watched them all), I am impressed, usually, when people have a low amount of subs it's that they aren't relevant enough, or inactive, but your videos are great! And you have a young channel obviously, keep up the good work.
