Usually I only do Nicole’s Pilates classes among all her UA-cam offerings, but the other day I found out this one and upper body+core with loop band, so I decided to stack these 2 together and gave them a try. Started with upper body+core then went on to lower body. It was manageable for the first 45 min, then my glutes started talking to me, then my quads were talking to me even louder. I kinda regretted to stack them together since I had no idea how HARD the lower body part was, but I know what’s going on now, and I’ll definitely try this stack again in the near future.
