I love how you teach and Seth's extra explanation. You are the ONLY person who has truly gotten me to love learning about real estate and it does help when you get loud and stern because it drills it into our heads when you are right, we just go on autopilot not fully understanding a concept! It may come off as harsh, but you know it works. I wish I lived in NC to attend classes with you live. Especially because I can fall into being an autopilot listener. I appreciate all you have uploaded over the years and all you ultimately end up teaching to students that are not even your own. I first fell in love with your teaching style in much older, in-person class videos years before I even took the plunge into a real estate course, and enjoyed the stories you would interject about things in your own life and childhood. You give great visuals unlike the teacher I ended up with. Thank you so much, Travis. I truly hope you are well. You are a treasure of a human being.
