You two are a true blessing to the Yellowhammer State. You truly have a gift for capturing and presenting Alabama's natural beauty, historic landmarks, and the small towns that give the state so much of its character. Your videos are professionally produced, and the camera work and editing is top notch. I'm so glad I found your channel.
We’re so glad you found us! Comments like this really mean the world to us. We work really hard to present Alabama in a way we don’t see very much. We’re really glad you enjoy it the way we do! Thank you for watching!
Beautiful job y’all! Very Informative, and YES, I even learned a lot of great information about the place I’ve called HOME for the last 16yrs...Thank You & May God Bless Y’all Abundantly!
Great video. Hopefully this will encourage the locals to invest in Tallassee with their tax dollars by choosing to shop here first. A follow up video with the investments in the downtown area and the Guest House would be nice to see as it comes to fruition. Thanks!
I lived in Tallassee back in 1971-1974. I graduated from Tallassee high school in 1972 and I remember the wooden Indian in front of the restaurant. It was pretty cool, try said it was from the country western song Kowaliga. I've never been back, the folks didn't treat me very well. I made the sin of being a white girl with some intelligence and I actually spoke to black school mates. I went to only my senior year in high school, later joined the Air Force and got out.

I worked at Kowaliga back when it was called Sinclair’s there was a rumor the the wooden Indian survived the fire from the previous restaurant.

Lake Martin is like the 3rd or 4th biggest lake in Alabama. Guntersville is the biggest.
Lake Martin is the biggest by volume of water. Lake Guntersville is the biggest by surface area.
@SparksofDiscovery makes sense. I see what you mean.
