Technically, a house or mansion from one state can be physically moved to another state, but it's a highly complex and usually impractical process due to the significant costs, logistical challenges, and potential structural damage involved; most people would choose to sell their existing home and purchase a new one in the desired state instead. Richard Scrushy of HealthSouth built the house in this video for $17 mil, but ended up losing it to cover legal fees during the HealthSouth scandal. Larry House built that huge house in Shoal Creek for over $25 mil. But Larry House was Richard Scrushy’s partner at HealthSouth.
