It's the Ultrabass II remix from the orb in dub ep, perpetual dawn single and adventures beyond the ultraworld 3 cd reissue among other places. it's a pretty common remix i'm pretty sure it was on the best of and the history of albums too....

Fab Dre, Mr Fehlmann is resting from the controls but can found on No Sounds are out of Bounds whilst Mr Rendall takes over on the controls next to Dr Paterson and can also be found on No Sounds are out of Bounds. They all appear to like flying the craft to strange places!
