A list of cars that I’ve compiled. An S6 or S7, RS3, RS4, RS5, RS7, TT RS, R8, M5, CT6, Gallardo or a Huracan, Evo FQ-400, R35 GT-R, any awd Porsche 911, any sports SUV(Not sure if he’s into trucks, and I didn’t try to go too expensive, RS6 isn’t allowed in Canada I think)
Audi RS3 maybe? Nearly 400 hp, awd and you can buy a brand new one, so it'll have full warranty.

2012 Ford SVT Raptor. It has AWD, 420hp, has a big 6.2 liter v8, and it might have heated seats. I’m not sure about the heated seats. That’s my suggestion for a truck.
EDIT: I’m wrong about the hp it’s only 411hp but it’s still good for a truck/car

I don't want you to sell it, but it's your choice so if I were to suggest one, it would be the Audi RS3. 400 Horsepower, Audi Quattro System, and where I live, i've found many that are under warranty.

I have a few options for you:
1) Audi RS3 hatchback (AWD with 400HP)
2) 2018 Ford Raptor (AWD with 450+HP)
3) Dodge challenger GT AWD (305HP but it will be good off-road)
4) Merc A45 AMG (good looks, AWD and 397HP)
5) Porsche Carrera 4s (405HP)
6) 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT (475HP)
Personally I would pick the ford raptor or the Cherokee SRT as they are both very practical but you can have a bit of fun with it as well. I also thought that the challenger GT AWD would be as as it gives you a muscle car with the sound and good looks, but won't make you look(and feel) like ditchvision all the time.

Depends on the budget. RS3 and Macan Turbo come to mind, but those are pretty expensive. Also a B7 RS4 and it's a manual, though the warranty part would be quite tough.

You said in a previous vid you wanted something to tune. I would love and I'm sure others would love a drift car. I would especially love a 1996 rx7 manual which with a twin turbo on the wankle engine could definitely reach 400+ horsepower, and you have the option of a rocket bunny kit. Keep up the great work buddy.

DODGE MAGNUM I have an 07 and I love it, comes in a 5.7 ,5.9 and a 6.0 hemi the r/t is AWD the only thing is that the warranty of them ran out along time ago but they are pretty cheap. I’ve heard rumors of a 2019 Dodge magnum but take that with a grain of salt

The only AWD cars with 400+ bhp are mostly sedans. Audi RS3 comes to mind for a small car with a lot of horsepower. But if you want a hatchback with that power rating, to find a new enough car to have a warranty, there aren't any hatchbacks that come to mind.
Unless you go for a sportback like an Audi S7 (which would be really cool), I am wondering if you are no longer looking for a hatchback to replace the STi.

It kinda has to have daily driveablity, especailly ground clearance. And He's under 25 so insurance is gonna cost a ton. Cool car for sure, but not the best choice for daily driveability.
400 hp, awd, with a warranty and your budget (I'm assuming around 30k as that's what your other two cars approximately cost). that's a tough ask, I guess you could go for a jeep grand cherokee SRT8. certified pre-owned it might be in budget.
if you ditch the budget thing I could think of a few more things. 1 would be an audi RS6, specifically the one that got a twin turbo v-10 under the hood. but I wish you the best of luck finding one of those. also a cadillac CTS V-sport would have a warrenty 400 hp and i believe it came with AWD as an option. it's one of the best chassis out there and it looks great.

I'll only be happy if you get a 2017 Ford raptor because it fits all of the criteria and it's good for things like snow, sand, and dirt which all have dedicated settings
