I want my tip lifted and after rhinoplasty 8 days, and it doesn’t look lifted, it just looks slightly pointed, I wouldn’t do that first massage because that would only further push my nose downward. Gravity will already do that, why would I help it by pushing it even more it’s massaging like that? Strange.

How long do you wait until you can massage? I’m 9 days post op. Tbh, I don’t have that much swelling considering I’m 9 days post op. I massaged gently, toward the face lymph nodes on my face in general (cheeks, neck, forehead) with arnica cream to drain swelling and help bruising… man, it worked well! Barely a bruise left 9 days out.

I'm entering my 7th week of post-op and still suffering from the swelling of the nose tip, do you advise at this stage :
- "taping" ?
and/or
- applying Arneca cream/gel ?
and/or
- Massaging ?
- or ???

Doctor iam 15 months after a septoolasty I have air way passage blocked in the right inside it is starting to devastate me draining me I will try this I have to smoke smoking too
